The employee Amanda is very rude and obviously knows nothing about customer service. Our subs were made incorrectly and we brought them the sub back with the receipt and pictures of the sandwiches and how they looked when we received them and she argued with me about the Chicken bacon ranch sub not having ranch on it, AFTER the owner of the store told her to remake the sandwich! She was sarcastic and patronizing the whole time, especially after I told her that I didn’t want another sandwich due to her unprofessional attitude and instead wanted my money back. She called the owner, Frank, again and begrudgingly refunded my money. I was going to order an additional sub but after her nasty attitude, I canceled it and intend to contact the owner myself tomorrow. Read moreMy family has come to this subway all the time. The customer service has gone down tremendously. I ordered a foot long Monster, #3, but a sweet lady somehow thought I order, the Boss #6. I knew that she made a mistake as soon as she put meatball in because the #3 should come with steak. I stopped her and corrected her hoping that she wouldn’t be wasting any more food. Then, suddenly another server, a young black guy, jumped in and insisted that I ordered #6. He tried to tell me what I said; it’s so ridiculous when he was not even there when i made the order. Read moreI’d give only 1 star if it wasn’t for the nice employee busting her butt trying to keep up during dinner time tonight. She was the only employee in sight taking care of a never ending line, phone orders and the register. Had to wait about 40 minutes to order my sandwich. The employee was friendly which is why I gave 3 stars instead of 1. Everytime I go in to this location there’s a long wait due to only having one employee working. In addition, Bread is never super fresh at this location which makes or breaks a sandwich.
