Please read before you go to the Domino’s in Calimesa. I ordered 3 pizzas, 2 without cheese. When I got home we noticed that the pizzas without cheese had crust that looked like paper, the crust was so thin that it was translucent. We took the pizzas back and asked to speak to the manager. Ryan came out and I explained the issue regarding the quality of the pizzas. Ryan stated no problem he could remake them in 6 minutes. 20 minutes later they make the exact same pizzas with paper thin crust. Ryan initially tells his subordinate that I could get a refund and take the pizzas. He then changes his mind and tells the rep, “he misheard me.” I could get a refund but not take the pizzas. I begin to try to explain to Ryan the issues of ordering pizza at 6:30pm and still not being able to get a properly made pizza at 8:00pm when he states that he’s too busy to deal with my complaint. When I asked for a refund, he took the pizzas away and told me to leave. I then said to him, how about you give me a refund first, Ryan replies “oh yeah.” The customers standing around looked appalled at Ryan’s behavior and lack of professionalism. I have never seen a manager in fast food act in such a mercurial manner. We usually order from the Beaumont Domino’s and the pizzas without cheese are always made properly. The manager dropped the ball when he didn’t take ownership of making sure the new pizzas were made correctly at the Calimesa location. With a bad attitude ,he gave the poor excuse that that was the best they can do. I hope the franchisee recognizes the shortcomings of their General Manager Ryan. Since the store doesn’t belong to Ryan he could care less about trying to cultivate and maintain excellent...

We ordered and we’re told they deliver to our location, 30 minutes later as our party is as expecting delivery we get a call stating they don’t deliver to our location after charging my account and keeping us waiting. Didn’t even give us the option of picking up, just cancelled our order and said oooops we’re sorry, call the 800 number if you have an issue. Tired of dealing with lazy, disrespectful employees or supporting businesses who can’t at least be average on a service standpoint. UPDATE: one year later, a friend says they’re going to stop and grab pizza on the way to our house, unfortunately they decided to stop at this Dominos. Pizza cold, breadsticks stale, wings tasted like cardboard, zero Buffalo sauce on them and not one ranch, after he requested extra ranch for a 36 piece wing order. FOOD ORDERS ARE NOT...

I called and told the employee and said I don't have time to wait for another pizza so can you just put a credit on my account... His exact response "yeah ok" and hint up on me!!!!
