Honestly, since they added that fancy second window, it takes much longer to get your food!! Tired of having to pull over and wait in the parking lot (this has happened alot lately)for them to bring a hamburger and a coke. I'm not even getting fries. The last time my hubby and I went, they asked us along with two other cars to pull over to the side and wait. They lost our order as well as the other customers waiting. They brought us the wrong food 3 times. In the process they lost our receipts, so they weren't sure what we had even ordered. They ended up leaving us all out there for 26 minutes and never came back out. We all had to go inside to see what happened. They looked at us like they didn't know what we were talking about. One of the guys was really mad and asked for a refund. They wanted our receipts, but we didn't have them because they had taken them to fix the order. I understand we are human and mess up, but they acted like they didnt even care. The manager was unfriendly. She told them to make us a new order. We said, thanks went to our car and couldn't believe it. They had given us the wrong hamburger AGAIN..... we were over it and left. More than a few times in the last two months they have been out of certain food items. We have been going there for 20 some years. I've never seen it like this. Either the updated drive through has caused havoc or the manager isn't paying attention. If you ask her a question or tell her that something is incorrect She isn't nice. Read moreThe cashier in drive thru gave me back 1 dollar and 12 cents from a 20 dollar bill and 62 cents. I told the person at the other window that I got incorrect change. I was told he will need to count his register so it will take a few minutes. After almost 10 minutes.... they came out and told me his register was on point, however I told the worker I know I gave him a 20 because I needed the change. I was told there's nothing they can do. So I went to the store across the street... upset... when the same worker yelled for me to come back. I came back and was told the manager found it and wanted to give me a big apology. She came out... told me they found it after a second count... told me they were sorry and gave me 14 and change. No big apology.... and before the manager left...I told her I don't get the meal that was 4 62 for free for my time and trouble? She handed me a coupon for a few meal. The entire time I felt I was treated like I was lying... and I trouble maker. Then afterwards I felt like a second class citizen... don't think we will be going back there.... my daughter finished her happy meal before they got a chance to do anything... took way too long.... The employees are consistently rude and unaware of their surroundings in a kitchen or public setting. I've been sworn at for simply asking for a straw. ONLY this location immediately requires you to pull forward to drive thru stalls and tells you to park in them even though they're full. The older Hispanic lady who mainly does the breakfast during the week is the most incompetent fast food employee I've met.
The order is wrong about 70% of the time. I will order a vanilla and carmel coffee and only get either black coffee or just one of the 2 flavors I ordered.
I feel like I can go on and on about this location because I've had so many problems with them. While I'm writing this I've been waiting over 10m almost 15m for 2 chicken mcgriddles. There was maybe 2 other cars in the drive. I'm not sure how long it takes to make a mcgriddle but it ain't no 15 minutes.
This location makes me never want to come to mcdonalds. They just misinformed their food runner of which order is going where. They have no idea what they're doing.
