I'm a new local resident and I love their lemon cookie ice cream. Unfortunately I didn't have the greatest experience there. I wanted a pint of ice cream of the lemon cookie and went there to get a pint. There was older lady and a young girl working there. I asked the younger girl if they had a pint size I can buy she said yes the older lady said no they don't but the younger girl mentioned that it was in their computer. While the two girls were looking for the pint-sized cup the older lady found a 10 oz cup and said oh yeah this is our pint size and was adamant of it when I questioned her again. I paid $9 for a 10 oz cup of ice cream that wasn't even full to the rim. When I got to my car I was talking to my husband about it and he told me a pint is 16 oz which I didn't even think anything of it on how many ounces are in a pint when I was at the ice cream creamery. A week later my husband went to Cal Mart next door to the ice cream creamery and found a pint of the lemon cookie ice cream same brand Three Twins... The pint of ice cream at the store was $4.99 he told me there are different flavors there too. So now I know if I want a pint of ice cream for $4.99 I can get it at the store instead of going to the creamery and pay $9 for...
Read moreWe stopped in with our two kids and received terrible customer service. My son was handed his cone and he went to take a normal lick (not rough in any way) and his scoop immediately fell right off the cone onto the floor. It was right in front of the employee and extremely obvious that it was due to it not being pushed onto the cone properly. My husband picked it up and threw it out and she asked if we wanted another scoop so we said yeah assuming she was just replacing it. When she told us the total I questioned why it was so much and she said well we have to charge you for the dropped scoop. She then went on to say that if he had dropped it outside she would have replaced it but since it was inside the store she couldn’t, which makes even less sense. The fact that it fell right off, first lick, shows it was their fault. I questioned her and she again said sorry we have to charge you. Unbelievable, that is a terrible way to...
Read moreVisited on 8/19 around 4pm. We ordered pistachio ice cream and unfortunately got the very last bit in the container—it was almost all pistachios, dry, and hardly any ice cream. When we raised the issue, the assistant manager told us we “should have tried it before” and refused to replace it with a fresh scoop or let us switch flavors. She was rude and got visibly upset with us, which made the experience even more disappointing.
Poor customer service and bad policy from ownership. Even though there aren’t many other options in the area (the only other one nearby is Mis Raíces Coffee and Ice Cream Shop), I’d recommend going there instead. At least you’ll be treated...
