I was in the mood for fudge after wine tasting at Sterling Vinyards so we googled fudge and came across this chocolatier. To our surprise we were blown away by their chocolates. We met the owner Robbie and learned of her story. She was amazing!!! So friendly, kind and informative. My mom used to coin me as a chocoholic when I was younger and these chocolates I’d describe as the most decadent and special chocolates I have ever tasted. The flavors explode in your mouth, and the insides are so smooth and delicious. Today, is the next day and I’m craving another mouth watering burst of flavor wanting to get my taste buds on the passion fruit chocolate with the green outer shell. It was so good! Robbie described it as reminding her of Hawaii where she used to live. That was my favorite! Thank you for such a cool experience in the beautiful chocolatier train car!!

P.s. the rest of the train cars are a must see plus the beauty cafe and restaurant adjoining are special...

First and foremost great chocolates. The ganache is flavorful and the perfect kind of creamy. The chocolate shell has a snap that I rarely find with other bon bons and truffles. It provides this wonderful combination of crisp outside and soft liquidity inside.

The service from the chocolatier goes above and beyond. My husband and I were in Napa this past month and went by the store (because they used to have an outpost near our hometown in TN) and it happened to be closed because of staff schedule issues. My husband reached out to the owner and she was nice enough to send a box of chocolates to our hotel since we wouldn’t be able to get back by the store.
