I placed an order on their Online store. This gets filled at their San Mateo fulfilling location. I had to make a change to my order. They told me a change couldn't be made so they suggested to cancel the order and resubmit the order. I did that. Well, I communicated by email with "Matthew" who told me he'd take care of it and cancel it. Well, I ended up being charged for this order anyway after Matthew canceled it. The Cab Franc really is good and some of the other wines are passable, but we would not recommend this experience...
