Well, The first time I came here, the food was pretty good. But today, I was disappointed to find a real live rubber band in my Pho. So I went back and told the very nice lady, and she promptly thanked me and sent me on my way. I would have thought that she would have given me my money back, or maybe some free spring rolls, but she really had nothing else to say. So off I went. I ordered the special pho and was dissappointed because there was nothing special about it... the broth was very bland and luke warm, not hot like pho is supposed to be (and we ate it in the food building 2 minutes after it was served), I think I got maybe 4 slices of beef.
