Red Leaf Organic Coffee Camas — Restaurant in Camas

I am only giving a 3 star review because the food and coffee is always delicious, but I have only been here 3 times and I have been charged 3 different prices for the exact same menu item all 3 times. I always get a small nonfat peppermint mocha with no whip cream and a pup cup. The first time I tried them I was charged $5.94. I didn’t think anything of it, it was my first time trying them and they were less expensive than Starbucks. The second time I went I ordered the exact same thing and they charged me $4.96. I asked why I was charged the first time and even showed the gal the $1 difference in charges on my credit card and her thought was maybe I was charged for a extra shot. I just thought well maybe she’s right and left it at that. I just went through again this morning and was charged $5.84 which is $.10 less than the first time I went through but more than the second so I asked again what the difference in prices was because 3 times, 3 different charges all for the EXACT SAME order. And I was told they charge for pup cups. Unfortunately I really enjoy their coffee but the inconsistency in prices on the same order is really concerning. Also, no other coffee shop charges...

My test for a good coffee place starts with an Americano. Their 12 oz Americano comes with only one shot. Most places put two in a 12 oz. I like to taste my coffee so I ordered an extra shot. I asked for extra cream and half sweet honey. The Americano had a bit of flavor, but not much. It probably would've have tasted like hot water without the extra shot. It was $5.79. They charge extra for cream and extra for honey. And of course, extra for the extra shot. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't great, either. I will not be going back. My homemade pour-over with a spot of honey and and some half n half is much better and waaayyyyy cheaper. The service was very good 👍 so 5 stars for service, 2 stars for coffee, and 1 for price. My first time going to Red leaf organic coffee. I really enjoyed the experience I got an Americana it tastes delicious it's rich and full plenty of flavor no bitterness. I asked questions about their breakfast sandwich and they were answered promptly. The young lady and young man there were very cordial friendly the even gave me suggestions for the muffin like a little cream cheese and some hot sauce with worked out great. They were quick they were professional and the price was pretty decent I will be back thank you... Oh and drive-thru got us in and out reasonably quick breakfast was nice and hot and fresh...
