It took over 10 minutes to get my order, when I did get it there was not enough sauce, very dry. So I went to the counter and asked. When I did so a employee in the drive through said to charge me for sauce, I disagreed and they got very rude and with attitude told me I will need to talk to his manager. The only good thing from this visit was the managers ability to calmly fix the issue with a smile although I know he was irritated and seemed flustered. Whether at me or his employee.
As for the Employee, I have never in l my 13 years of fast-food career experiance, would imagine being SO RUDE and calluse to a guest. And I let that person know their behavior was unnessicary. I understand being a busy restaurant and possiably under staffed. However there was no sense of urgency from them. The front counter guy is either new or lacks for care of his job. The person making the food for front/diningroom seem to take her time. Everyone in the dining area waited a minimum of 10 minutes for food and we were given no ETA on the food. My guess is that drive through was the focus of speed and the customer service for front fell flat. From my personal opinion it was a bad experiance, However from my professional opinion it was a disaster. In all the time waiting at the front no one stepped in to help front. The guy up front laughed and smiled and lacked professionalism As well as threw the rest of the store" under the bus" so to speak. This store lacks in respectful employees's and a manager who knows what is going on. I personally will never reccomend or speak in a positive manner of this store. I will stick to the stores who have hired well mannered and respectful employee's. Fast food jobs can suck, I understand all to well. Read moreI went through the drive through and ordered 1 taco pack, 1 chicken power bowl, 6 sides of nacho cheese, 3 bean burritos, 2 pintos and cheese, and a medium Sierra mist. Total was around $41.00. Also hot and mild sauce I only received the party pack, the drink and 1 burrito. I said they forget everything else. She said pull to the front. I NEVER received a receipt because I pulled around the front. She then came out with only the chicken power bowl and 6 sides of naco cheese. I asked where were the 2 burritos and the 2 pintos and cheese. She asked for the reciept. I DIDN'T HAVE IT! I told her I spent $41.00. She said it doesn't matter then went on to explain that they had a glitch inside....I SPENT MY LAST 41.00 on 3/4 of my food for my family! This is shoddy business practices! I'm contacting the city of Camas about this. All she needed to do is go back and get the last 4 items of our food but she said no because I never received a receipt!

Read morethis taco bell has been my most frequented location by far as it’s the most local to where i live by far. sadly not a lot of praise i have to offer rn. always seems to make u feel rushed in each part of their ordering process even when they seem like business is dead and ur the only customer around. not to mention on an all too consistent of a basis this location always forgets to give you at a minimum 1-2 items u paid for. thus causing u to repeat the drive thru process a second time late at night when craving strikes just to get your items they forgot to put in the bag in the first place. no apologies or compensation for your time spent and wasted resources to get what you paid for and employees more often than not act extremely burdened in that they are being so inconvenienced by you because u caught their error and took the time to go back through the drive thru a second time to get what u already should’ve received when u went through the drive thru the first time.
