McDonald's — Restaurant in Cambria Township

Food is always good. I just never get what I ask for. Driver through is fast and I mean. Just never ever get one thing made right. It's on me because I never check. Your slip says just what you ask for. Everytime the slip is right. They just never can make one thing the way I ask. I've switched my order around to change it up and again. One thing is wrong. I need to check before I drive off. But, why should I when your in a rush. Wendy's I always get the order made right. McDonald's brings the kid out of me until I get to blairsville and I find that one thing. But, its my fault I know. I should order how madit's made. Not how I enjoy because I'm not home. But, as a kid at heart I still enjoy the happy meal and finding that one fry on the bottom of the bag. I travel to the doctor's one day a month and just want that happy feeling inside like when I was a kid getting McDonalds. It's tough being sick and treatments suck. Si I guess I'll enjoy 3/4 of the meal to get that happy...

As I recently have rated this establishment 5 stars, I have to make a point here to mention that this McDonald's is hit or miss. We ordered a basket of fries, 2 McChickens, 2 McDoubles, and a 20 piece nugget. The nuggets and fries were rubbery, the basket of fries were skimpy(about the size of a LG fry is what we got), and we were given the wrong sauce after it was repeated back to me. The McChicken I ate was probably one of the poorest of any McDonald's I've ever ordered from, and I, frankly, am quite well-versed in eating McDonald's. Not to mention after my boyfriend and I had eaten almost all of our meal, a hair was found in one of the McDoubles. I'm highly disappointed in the lack of care put into the service and disappointed in the fact that I misplaced my trust in this McDonald's to receive such dubauchery. It's gonna be awhile. Service was horrible. I came in with my receipt to show them they got my order wrong and one boy approached me i think his name was dan. He was very sweet and told me he would get a manager and when they came they snatched my whole order and remade the same sandwich they gave me in the first place which once again wasn't what i ordered so i when I complained again they got angry with me even though THEY MESSED UP and complained about wasting food. I came in very nicely and told them my problem I didn’t deserve to be treated the way i did and they didn't even apologize. The manager was rude and everyone stared at me while the manager raised her voice. I don't know how you manage a restaurant with an attitude and personality like that. Most definitely not coming...
