So I just had a horrible experience at Chipotle this morning, I don't know how you pronounce or spell her name but ,ogwaiIsa I did not appreciate it or like the way she handled my food or me. The fact that I heard her call out for more rice and then she scraped the bottom of the pan and gave me the bottom of the pan rice which I know it's hard so I politely asked if I can get new rice. so she told me they just opened I have to wait and I said yes I don't mind so I waited about 4 minutes and then when the rice came, one of the middle servers grab the bowl and asked the next customer what kind of rice do they want instead of making mine mind you im on my break, and then told the girl ogwaiIsa to make mine. When she started to make mine she did one scoop of rice put my beans and slid the bowl, the man in front that thought it was his, who was also waiting for white rice, said"can I get a little more rice than that" she said I got you and then made his with two big scoops. I really don't freaking appreciate that the fact that I'm Freaking pregnant and paying $10 and I get one scoop of rice and it was really small and she did that on purpose. What is going to be done about this.... she needs to treat all the customers the same just because I said I didn't want the bottom of the pan and I waited for more rice she wanted to have an attitude and give me a small scoop of rice and put a whole bunch of beans and everything else on top of it and then when she made the other guy stuff she's going to scream out oh I got you and give him two big scoops of rice on purpose I really didn't like that I didn't appreciate that at all. I took a picture because the toppings are massive on that one tiny scuba rice that I got which was ridiculous they usually put two scoops of rice she gave me one small scoop I'm so upset about that and she knew what she did she scooped it with anger she threw the beans on top and just slid...
Read moreThis is easily the worst Chipotle I have ever been to in my entire life. I went here once 2 months ago, saw the bad reviews, thought it would be fine. I was wrong. Tried it again today, 2 months later, it was just as bad.
All the tables are filthy, guarantee they don't get cleaned more than like twice a day The cashier that checked me out barely spoke English, I tried to ask him a question about my order and I don't think he even understood me so I just gave up The staff are generally not very friendly and pretty loud, sounded like I was inside the kitchen from the edge of the dining area I tried asking the cashier if the drink machine was working, he didn't understand me, and low and behold the drink I wanted to get (Coke Zero) wasn't working. Can't say I'm surprised
Only redeeming factor was that the food was decent. Chicken and steak didn't look that good but I got barbacoa and it was good enough.
Everything else was about as bad as it can get without posing health risks tho. It's pretty clear the management just does not care at all about training their workers to maintain the place well or having proper service
I literally NEVER write reviews for restaurants unless they're super good or super bad so.
Recommend not going here if you want somewhere clean to have a meal, if you're getting it for takeout then I guess it's fine tho
Update: I still go here sometimes because it's the only one walking distance from my house. Got a stomach virus after eating here last week though, so I think I'm gonna have to stop going altogether

Read moreI had an absolutely terrible experience at this place. The customer service was some of the worst I’ve ever encountered in the industry. They opened late, and to make matters worse, they didn’t have any chicken, steak, or veggies available. What kind of restaurant isn't prepared with basic menu items right at opening? Even more concerning, they were cleaning out trash cans and floor mats immediately after opening, which clearly hadn't been taken care of the night before. How is a customer supposed to feel comfortable ordering and eating food when someone is sweeping under the doormat, kicking up dust, not even five minutes after the doors open?
When I finally ordered, the server was incredibly rude, rolling her eyes as if she was already fed up with work. The kicker? The store had just opened, and I was the first customer! When I asked for steak, she snapped, “We’re out of steak right now,” and rudely pointed to the empty bin as if I should have known. I guess it’s too much to expect a fast-food chain to be ready for customers when they open their doors. To top it all off, I watched in horror as employees handled and rolled up dirty floor mats without washing their hands, then proceeded to touch utensils, hot sauces, and napkins.
