Dunkin' — Restaurant in Cambridge

First timer at any location ever. ( And not coming back ) #1 service was not welcoming nor educating on how their products or offers work As I first timer I asked for certain amount of doughnuts and she was telling me about up chargers for adding another type of pasty, which it was ok but she could have explain to me how their ordering system works but she rather gave me a non pleasant face when I asked about it . #2 not that many variety of doughnuts yet they are a doughnut place . #3 the product board it's hard to read ( letters to small ) And they don't have any of the Doughnut product and offers displayed.

This store needs more help!!! I was really excited to see a Dunkin go in at that location. The staff are very kind but something is wrong. This is the third or fourth time I’ve stop there while traveling. Each time takes forever just to get coffee. Just coffee. And every time it has tasted horrible, watered down coffee. Today I was in a hurry. Ordered my coffee. Use the restroom. And still waited for 10 more minutes. Ran out the door and when I tried the coffee it tasted like water w cream. Went there for a sweet tea because online it says sweet tea. No mention of pumps of liquid sugar. The lady on the drive thru said that four was the standard for a large after rushing me to decide how many pumps as I didn't know how many would make it sweet enough for my preference. Went with 4. Got the drink only for it to taste like cold brew coffee with a little sugar in it. It wasn't tea. It was cold brew coffee. The only other alternative is that they brew the tea and coffee in the same machine so the tea tastes like coffee no matter what. I was looking forward to a sweet tea only to be disappointed and...
