Dunkin' — Restaurant in Cambridge

The manager on nites is very rude.. I go in there about 3 to 4 times aday....about 2 weeks ago I stopped in and got a large coffee that was 2.22..I gave the girl a 5 dollar bill and a quater... she gave me 3.03 change....I turned my hand over the little tip cup and dropped the 3 cents in the cup...and just happen to drop 2 of the 3 ones in the cup...so I grabbed the 2 ones out of the tip cup and went to walk out of the store....next thing I hear is the girl asking if I was going to put the money back in the cup thinking she was kidding...and walked out. The next day I went back in and the same girl ask if I had brought the money back..I told her no and told her what had happy and told her I thought she was joking...now ever night I go in there the same girl grabs the tip cup and moves it in the back like I stole from them so it's real nice to go in and they think your a thief not very happy with them at all...so watch out when going in here and don't go near the tip cup unless your...

I just placed an order on my app and paid for it like I always do (literally almost daily). I get there to pick it up and they do t have it. Ok fine no problem here’s what I ordered and the payment went through on my card already. The manager Steven proceeded to tell at me that I needed to pay for my order. When I tried to tell him I had already paid for it and could show him that it went through fir the same exact amount not 5 minutes before he yelled some more and stormed off. Awesome job on customer service! I work in customer service and would never speak to someone like that. And to be a store manager..... Maybe the owner should rethink their employees. DD needs to get their shit together. I like to get the loaded hash browns. I ask for extra bacon and extra extra cheese because they barely put any cheese in at all. I dont mind paying for the extra because thats the way I like it. Ill get extra bacon and barely any cheese and have to turn around to get it fixed. Today I go to get it I get a bunch of cheese which is what I want and I strip of bacon. I go back to get it fixed get to the car. I got the extra bacon and barely any cheese. And this is all the freaking time. What's so hard to put the extra that I paid for on my food. The number of times Ive had to go in to get ot fixed and half the time when its fixed still not right. I will be going to easton for now on. Its ridiculous how they cannot follow directions...
