A cute little restaurant in Cambridge. It was not at all crowded when I went (Thursday evening) and street parking was both nearby and forthcoming. Ambience was pretty quiet... big variety of music playing in the background... family friendly. There is no public restroom, though. Lots of interesting decor to feast your eyes on while you wait for your food. Service was excellent -- friendly and efficient.
The wings were reasonably good, some of the better wings I've had in the Boston area. There are quite a few flavors available on the menu -- I tried the bone-in Korean style and the honey barbecue. They come with a convenient pail to put bones in.
The ramen was also reasonably good. I had the chashu spicy miso ramen. It comes with three slices of pork, lots of noodles (which were probably the highlight -- nice and chewy), bamboo shoots, seaweed, a whole hardboiled egg, and corn. The portion of the ramen is good as a meal alone -- eight chicken wings and the bowl of ramen left me stuffed!
All in all, neat little place. I recommend it, and will probably return...
Read moreI stopped by this Thai restaurant in Cambridge, MA for a quick dinner. The ambiance was fairly standard—nothing particularly memorable. I ordered the red curry chicken with rice, and the food arrived impressively fast. The portion size was just right, and the curry was served piping hot—exactly how I like it.
That said, the curry sauce lacked richness. It was a bit too watery, and it seemed light on coconut milk, which left it feeling thin rather than full-bodied. Flavor-wise, it was decent, but didn’t quite hit the mark.
One downside was the the way green beans were cooked in the curry. There were plenty, but they were undercooked and overly crunchy, which threw off the texture of the dish. That detail alone kept this meal from earning five stars. On a brighter note, the service was excellent—attentive and...
Read moreI was drawn here due to the high ratings and proximity to where I was at that moment. Am Asian and lived in Asia most of my life and I love my Thai food, especially Pad Thai.
This however had to be the worst Pad Thai I’ve ever had. I try not to leave negative reviews - but I felt that this eatery has grossly misrepresented how this noodle dish should be.
Everything is just wrong about it, from the type of noodle to the taste. It was overly eggy and sticky, and too sweet.
As I was leaving, I realised the kitchen is fully staffed by Latinos. So no, this is not an authentic Thai food place.

Update: left this review and was accused by the owner for being racist. How is my review racist? What could be worse than culturally misappropriating a dish and passing it off as...
