Pizza Pub — Restaurant in Cambridge

We arrived and table wasn't wiped husband got sauce all over his arm and went to restroom. Finally a customer was whipping their own table and wiped ours too about 15 minutes after arriving. That night we both got diarrhea quickly after and I was voliolently throwing up that pizza and friend pickles for hours till 4:30 and of course more #3. We talked to manager the next day. He gave us the owners e mail and said he would get back to us. (Found out the e mail was incorrect. We decided to call and it was 5 days later about it because when we first came in to tell manager he said e mail the owner JEFF. He said he would be timely. 5 days later he finally picks up phone and proceeds to school us on food poisoning and talked down to my husband and I as if we don't know a thing and won't even think his filthy restaurant may have made us sick! No refund and have never threw up like that In my life! It was horrible and made my throat bleed. Jeff is a horrible owner and a very mean person! We will not be back to this place again. I hope they hire better owners! Oh and the manger gave us the wrong e mail for Jeff. So funny so Jeff never "got our e mail" 5 days prior! Of course word of mouth should have said my husband stopped in with complaint! They don't care about their customers or anything except throwing food out weather hands and tables are...

1/9/2019-Arrived around 6:50pm and sat at a small (still dirty) table in the bar. All the bar stools (12) were full; only one other table in the bar had customers. The dining room only had three tables with customers; six people total. All the servers were standing by the kitchen doing nothing. 7:08pm the bartender looked over and noticed we were sitting at a table. She was busy handing out pull tabs. 7:18pm, someone I knew came over to talk to me. We chatted until about 7:29pm; still no service from the bartender or the servers. At 7:40pm a server finally approached us and asked us if we wanted anything. We ordered two drinks. 7:42pm, the server came back and asked us again what we ordered because she didn't write it down. 7:55pm we finally got our drinks and the table was cleaned. The bartender is still dealing with pull tabs. I am a frequent customer here. I have never had terrible service until today. The bartender is more concerned with pull tabs than customers wanting food or drinks. There is a sign above the pull tabs crates stating "PULL TABS ARE SECONDARY TO FOOD AND DRINKS!"; I am not sure the bartender is aware of this as her friends are at the bar requesting more...

Have ordered here many times before and always has been good and on time tonight four appetizers for dinner was told it would be about an hour after a hour and a half we called to see where the order was said kitchen never got order asked if we still wanted it said yes mist happen. The was told it would be35 to 40 minutes. Now waiting to see if they do anything to make it right. Well finally after another hour it was delivered and was lukewarm at best.Wife called and complained couldn’t discount or give us money back. Would give us credit on next order.But there won’t be a next order after this one.this use to be a good restaurant but wouldn’t recommend it anymore in reply to the owner’s comments after I posted this the reason I decided not to use your restaurant again is while waiting for my order I was reading the reviews posted and your comments you Seem to feel that there is a ulterior reason. Not that the service was poor and try to correct the problem you take shots at the person posting it. Not a good way to do business. And I never said they were all 5 star .but if a mistake was made...
