Did a mobile (Togo) order from the browser in my phone, everything went fine. Said order would be ready at 7:44pm. Ok, all good. I live 2 mins from here, so I was there by 7:42pm. There were no instructions on where to go or how to pickup my order, so I got in line at the drive thru. Got to the order board and let them know I had a mobile order. I heard a lady say (assuming a manager or something) "OMG, Tell him he has to back out and wait by the door". (Was in line with cars behind me, so I couldn't) Waited 25 mins to get to the window to have the lady (didn't catch her name) say "Don't touch the check in unless you are in my parking lot". (Once again, I didn't have any instructions as to what to do, no check in or anything, maybe because I used my browser on my phone, but regardless). I explained to her I live 2 mins away (4 if you consider getting into my car and such) and that I was in "her" parking lot by 7:42pm. She then proceeds to say that I had to go to the front door and wait (once again, emphasizing that I didn't have any instructions on the order) and I needed to describe my vehicle on the order. Which is all fine, like I said, probably cause I used my browser on my phone. After I received my order 22 mins after it was supposed to by ready for pickup, (which is fine, I was in no hurry) she than proceeds to say "Next time make sure you check in before you are in my parking lot, and make sure to describe your car, and to make sure I tell my friends what to do so it doesn't happen again." I told her that I wouldn't be back to "her" parking lot again, as I didn't know how to pickup my order and the way she handled the situation, I won't be back anytime soon. Food was good, service...
Read moreAbsolutely the worst experience I’ve had there! I’ve lived in Cambridge for 21 years and have gone to this taco johns as long as I can remember but today was absolutely horrible. We went through the drive thru and we got a man, my fiancé gave him a 50$ bill and he was making fit to himself about it say he had just taken a big bill and slapped the window. If he would’ve simply asked we would’ve most definitely paid a different way. He then hands us out change and food and says have a good day and then leaves. I look down and realize we didn’t get our small diet Mountain Dew, we waited in drive thru and tried getting his attention so nothing we then pull up front to the doors and my fiancé goes in. He then complains about our lack of receipt. Which he did not give us, and started arguing with my fiancé about the lack of receipt and then says we got everything even thought he just saw us, he sat there arguing for 5 mins and then my fiancé asks to speak to someone else and a lady comes and just simply gives us our small pop. We arrive home, my CHICKEN street tacos are STEAK and it’s to late to turn around and we will probably get told we don’t have a receipt which he never gave us. Have him talked to. Read moreThis location just sucks..food is often cold. The last time they shorted me my cheese sauce. When I called the phone rang forever. I was told I could come back for it🤣 so drive 20 miles round trip for my cheese sauce...asked if they could just put me on a list to get it next time..even though it completes my meal...nope, they don't do that but can send me out a coupon...not sure what the coupon is as it's been 6 weeks and haven't received anything!! Not worth the money...2 stars only because my potato oles were good..would have been better with my cheese sauce though....welp its 06142024....fell for it again...seen her put red sauce on my refried beans and then look at the screen and say oh no...she talked to her boss i assumed they were scraping it off or making new...nope got home and red sauce on it...stood there and they had to ask why i said im still waiting on my cheese sauce...stood there again and they asked what i needed.....i needed a spoon...got a fork..it works...
