Camden Arts Yard — Restaurant in Camden

Attended "Philly Cigar Week" event Friday 4/23/21 (8pm ~ 1pm). 1st) it was a ticketed event or you could pay $25 at the door. Started @ 8pm, we arrived appx 9:30pm they tried charging us ($40) stating that the prices went up w/the clock 😳! Realllly?! An hour & half price almost doubled! I didn't pay at because I knew one of the hosts that night. Decent location for Camden, across from Courthouse on a one way. Bartenders were all polite & accommodating (No Cash Payments) . The major issue I had, was the VIP Servers (WAITRESSES in JEANS). They kept "bum rushing" the standing patrons. One was even built like a LINEBACKER! . Never an "Excuse Me" "Behind You" "Coming Through"! NOTHING BUT AGRESSIVE BUMPS & PUSHING... To the point where I was ready to strike back! SOOO...

I had fun here!!! Check out their instagram, tbey update with events and openings... there were some slight mishaps for my section due to the rain (cushions shouldve been put up so they werent wet, ive seen other places do this) but the owner made up for it, she went above and beyond for us. The food was amazing!!!! I forgot the food owners name, i think its next door. amazing food. I used to enjoy coming here until my last visit on Sunday a waitress came over and asked me and my two friends why we were talking about so and so (a woman’s name). I said who?????? The waitress says the owner. Again I said who??? She continues to say the owner and that she over heard us talking about her. We laughed and left. Way to run a business.
