Burger King — Restaurant in Campbell

DO NOT ORDER VIA THE BK APP IF YOU WANT DELIVERY. If you're going to order via the BK app from this location (to take advantage of an app exclusive offer, like $1 Whopper Wednesday) be aware they will not deliver, even if you select delivery. And you're not prevented from selecting delivery.

My current experience: I ordered through the BK app at before noon. The app said it would take 37 minutes to deliver to my location. OK. 37 minutes came, went, and the app started showing an ETA of Calculating Driver Location and that my order is "in the works". After an hour, I contacted app support and guest services. I eventually got a refund, when the two hour mark came and still no delivery. I could have driven there and back in 30 minutes, if I'd had the time between meetings to do so. I called the location that was supposed to fulfill my order (it took 3 tries: the first time someone picked up, didn't say anything and hung up; the second time it rang for 5 full minutes before I hung up; the third time they answered after 15 rings), and the person who answered said they don't have any delivery from that location. You have to order via DoorDash or UberEats or GrubHub if you want delivery. If you order in the app, you have to go pick it up yourself. That is not communicated in the app anywhere, you aren't prevented from selecting that in the app for this location, and no one from that location contacts customers to set them straight. I wonder how many other people have encountered this situation for this location. Feels like...

Attention to details in orders are never on point at this location. Check your bags before you leave!

Majority of the time I get hard tiny pieces in my hamburgers that are clear or white in color....its concerning thinking about what's in the meat. Plus dude...my teeth...what if I crack a tooth!

My daughters burger still comes with pickles week after week when I order it without.

Onion rings should not be put in the bags if they are burnt to a crisp either. Today they were fine. But the last two of my orders were not even edible.

I shouldn't have to tell the employee I need my sauce that comes with the chicken nuggets...this happens everytime i go....if I had a dollar for everytime an employee asked me if I wanted sauce when its already listed on the order....I could be rich.

I was shorted on the nuggets also. I got 6 pieces and ordered 8.

Enough of these small things have now led to me writing this review. I buy this weekly at the end of the week for my daughter and I.

I go to this burger king about once a week, and I had no problems until but about 4 months ago, I pulled up to the drive through and ordered my meal and then proceeded to the window to pay, I give the man my EBT card he swipes it and then asked me for my pin code, I thought he was joking because why would anybody ask me for my pincode. As I see hes not joking I ask him to put the pincode pad out so I can punch it in, he then tells me it doesn't reach so in order to get my food l gave him my pin code. I felt this wasn't right because they should never ask for your pincode. So fast forward a month later the day I get my benefits I was scammed out of my benefit's this has never happened before. This is the second time this has happened to me and I got scammed twice out of my benefits because this burger king wants to ask for my pin code. Burger King I don't see where your ok with this.
