West Park Plaza — Local services in Campbell

This plaza is sandwiched between a very nice, fairly affluent neighborhood on one side of Winchester, and directly behind it are several blocks of apartment complexes that draw a low income demographic. It has some good and convenient businesses, a pizza place, Starbucks, doughnut shop (really good doughnuts), Rite-Aid, O'Reilly Auto Parts, laundromat, salon, second hand store, and an actual UFC MMA training facility. There are a couple of other businesses as well including a Chevron Gas Station with a drive thru car wash. The plaza is well placed and easily accessible from any direction. It's also surrounded by convenient businesses like Little Caesar's pizza, El Pollo Loco, 711, McDonald's, Baskin Robins, Taco Bell and a really great barbeque restaurant. The only thing good about this place is Happy doughnuts and Rite Aid. This place is a low class dump...I grew up down the street from here and lived in the hood for over 50 years..it is not what it use to be...it's mostly a low class dump. They need to tear it down and put some Fricken pride into there property. Only reason I give it 2 stars is cuz of Happy doughnuts....Happy doughnuts gets 10 stars and is well...

This strip mall has gone down in value I would claim because the grocery store is no longer. They do have a chevron gas on corner a goodwill, Starbucks, CVS, a donut shop and pizza guys if hungry for a pie.
