Camila's — Restaurant in Canby

This used to be my favorite place to buy tacos, but I will not be going back. I ordered online last night and and received an email saying my food would be ready at 7:30. I went to pick it up they said 10 more minuets, I though OK no big deal. Came back at 7:40, still not ready. I did not get my food until 7:55, so almost 30 mins after my scheduled pick up time. To top it off my order was wrong, wrong dinner plate(different prices)and onions on the tacos. When i told the employee this he said its the same thing. When I brought up the onions, he said it would take 15 mins to remake my meal. At that point I just asked for a refund. He then said write your name down, I'll do it later (no one was in the restaurant). I took the food and decided I would call the manager the next day. First time ordering here & they really went above & beyond for me. I have been too sick to leave the house for over a week & was just too exhausted to make my 4 yr old dinner, so decided to try Camilas using door dash. After 45 min the app said they were still preparing my meal, which I knew was not accurate. I called Camilas & sure enough, my order had been ready for a while, just waiting for a driver to be assigned & pick it up. The woman on the phone was so sweet, she offered to deliver the food to me herself. I am so grateful for her kindness & will definitely order from there again. I don't even have enough words for how much I appreciate the people at Camila's. With only a weeks notice, they were able to cater my fiance's surprise birthday event for 30 people. Isaac's communication was great, he was transparent about cost (cost of food is so high right now) and the time it would take to make. Their food is amazing. Absolutely delicious.
