I think it is time to find a new coffee place! I have gone here numerous times, and numerous times I’ve got the incorrect order.

How hard is it to figure out a breve mocha? I constantly have to remind them that it is a breve mocha, not simply a breve, where I end up with the wrong drink. That has happened several times.

The people here are nice enough, but there is no consistency. Today, my drink was correct, but as seen in the photo, on a 20 ounce drink I was short changed about 2 inches. What’s the deal? Drinks cost so much these days, to get less than what you paid for is kind of the last straw with me. Moving on to somewhere else.

The Canby Human Bean is the best coffee stand in the region. I live in town and work in Wilsonville, but I go here because the coffee is good and it’s the only place nearby where customer service isn’t terrible. Even their nearest other location has staff who are really rude. Don’t even get me started about “Dutch Dudes.” But this Canby location sets the standard for coffee stand quality service. They rock. I have gone the past 2 times and if I could give them zero stars I would. They never get the ordering right. The always mess up the sizing or get the incorrect item hot/iced not to mention their blended drinkes are VERY runny, like you're basically drinking melted ice cream!!
