Ud think this place would have pre-planned on how to ensure the place ran accordingly considering the fact they new how much more traffic would b passing through for the holiday but that unfortunately was NOT the case at all!!! After almost waiting 20 mins in the drive thru line then over an additional min at the speaker I tried to order 3 different kinds of coffee drinks an a muffin ended up canceling the coupon I had for a free brown sugar cookie iced Chai bc the lady said they only made reg there then swi5ched the story to something that had me confused I had to repeat the order for the white chocolate mocha latte at least 4 different times before that was made. And had to repeat tye.frozen coffee w FV flavoring whipped cream over 6 times before he handed me the drink with no whipped cream. I got 5 miles.down the road to drop off one of the coffees before I even tried myn which was so bad I spit it out immediately I was so behind from being at dunkins for so long to begin wit an needed coffee so badly i had no choice but to turn back round an waste all that time to pull rite bck up into the even longer line I ended up parking an goin inside they must have known they really messed the drink up bc I barely said anything yet before she's walking away sayin she'd make me another ... the 2nd one was fine but my morning after that was all rushed. Didn't get an explanation or an apology reimbursed for the extra money it had cost to have to go back not even offered a free donut holl or something. Honestly either way your traveling there's a different dunkins less then a 10 min detour save yourself the all day headache n added stress that your guaranteed to receive...
Read moreToday I went to the Dunkin of W Chestnut St., and it was terrible. I'm in the service industry and have a large capacity for understanding food service mistakes, but this was really bad. I walked into the store because the drive through line was long and I was just picking up a mobile order for one drink. I was looked at by the five or so workers and not acknowledged. I went to the pickup counter where I was again looked at and ignored, having two of the workers turn their backs to me and walk away. I waited five minutes, trying to grab the eye contact or attention of anyone working there and asking for help. I watched the young woman at the drive through window, with no mask or gloves on, eat a donut while waiting on her customers, not wash her hands, and continue to not talk to me--while talking badly about drive through customers to her coworkers! By this time, I made eye contact with her, said "hi, I'm here to pickup a mobile order," and she pretended to not hear me and walked away. After waiting another few minutes with no help, I saw that my drink had been on the counter. Still receiving no help, I reached across the counter and grabbed it and left. The lack of service at this Dunkin' was astounding--a...
Read moreSadly I come to location pretty much every day to grab a coffee over the past 2 years. Might have to change which location I go to though.. the latest crew they have working here is awful. I order ahead on the app, but still takes a solid 15-20 minutes…FOR A COFFEE!!! Then the dude that works the window can’t even say sorry for the wait..or at least thank you. I’ll say thank you, have a good day, and won’t even get a reaction from him. Shouldn’t it be the other way around?? Pretty sure he needs to go. Place ain’t been the same since Alice left…..this crew today shouldn’t be working in the service industry… Garbage. Oh, didn’t mention quality yet. $6.23 for a hot macchiato … it’s cold…absolutely 100% not even warm…it’s cold. And god forbid if you want a certain doughnut..they’ll probably be out of the one you want.. Save yourself the time.. I recommend Murtland ave or Racetrack rd. BRING...
