I love their sandwiches. [updated on 11/11/2023] However, this CONTINUES to be the SLOWEST Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. This had improved for a while, but my most recent visit yesterday started out with an unintelligible greeting at the drive through, an excessively long wait (even by this store’s standards) even though there was only one car already at the pickup window) and a WRONG order (which we simply accepted vs waiting another 5-10 minutes for them to attempt to remake the correct sandwich). As stated in my previous review, be prepared to WAIT - for a LONG time.
I can’t understand why other JJ stores, like like the Livonia location, can have your sandwich ready for you before you can walk from the cash register to the pickup counter!
As noted before, that kind of signature JJ service is clearly not a priority to either the franchise owner, the manager, the employees- or all of the above.
Hopefully this will improve someday.
For JJ’s in general, in terms of value for your dollar goes, their pricing is on the high side - but their product (especially the bread) is top notch.

Read moreI showed up at 8:30; 1.5 hours before close. Doors were locked and 4 employees looked at me like I was stupid when I tried to enter. I was shooed away-keep in mind this location closes at 10. I was a pedestrian so I couldn’t try a drive through. I did call that location after I got home, and I was met with rude customer service.
