I needed 3 dozen bagels. I knew I shouldnât walk in and order 3 dozen the day I needed it so I went in a week before. A girl took my order initially on a napkin and then I handed her paper and told her she should probably write it on paper. Anyway, that was a week ago. Yesterday I decided to go back in and remind them of my order just so they đŻ would have it ready since it was for teachers at the school. When I went in the person I spoke to told me they never received the order and I mustâve spoken to one of their younger staff who doesnât know any better. She told me to pay in advance and she will personally make sure the order is ready in the morning. So I paid and begged her to make sure it was ready. I called and called this morning for a few hrs bc I wanted to make sure one last time before I went to pick them up. No one answered. Finally my husband went in to pick them up at 7:40am and guess what? They had no idea there was an order. So he had to wait for them to make 3 dozen bagels and my daughter was late to school. The teacher breakfast was late. This is so ridiculous. I did my due diligence by going in twice to order. By paying in advance. And by attempting to call all morning. This Tim Hortons needs serious training. Not organized at all and itâs almost as if there is no manager or anyone they have...
   Read moreCustomer service -5. The supervisor named Joey in morning shift at 12:45 pm today. He is the most horrible employee Tim hortons can ever have. Total loss for the business. First, as soon as I walked in with my wife I greeted him and he didnât even greet us back. Second, a girl was trying to help us on the register and he shouted at her loudly âone person at a register pleaseâ we need to be on drive thru (mind it that neither the store nor the drive thru was busy like not busy at all. Third, we ordered our donuts and caramel macchiato and my wife ordered her regular coffee the girl who took the order goes for making the caramel macchiato and he says nope..we canât make it and he started cleaning the machine right at that moment. I asked so you couldnât have done it later you knew she took the order? He said no she didnât hear me how do you want your refund like he just wanted us out or prolly just me coz i personally felt he was being racist to me. People like this should not be running places like Tim hortons. He is clearly not in the best interest of the business. Blonde hair in my food. And my sandwich was wrong....Now the woman with the colored hair at the window was extremely rude to my friend my coworker my boss she is the most down to earth person and she Didn't deserve for the girl at the window to slam the window in her face as she was in a middle of her sentence. Nor does she need to be accused of lying without even them looking at the freaking sandwich like.
