I have had many bad experiences with this location. First off all, the workers know NOTHING about customer service. Once, one lady charged me for double steak and guac, when I got steak and DOUBLE guac. It was only until I went back to my car since I was missing 4 cents that I realized this since she told me my order. I corrected her (later when I looked at the foil the lady who was prepping my food circled steak so that it was double steak when it was supposed to be double guac. That one lady is too dam miserable to be giving 1/2 portions and being disgusting with crappy service). To be fair, the cashier lady may have been new plus the lady prepping my food wrote the wrong order on the foil, but it still isn't an excuse to RIP PEOPLE OFF; that lady even had the audacity to ask to keep the full money amount, like I am not tipping you. This has happened more then once with chipotle/cashier workers trying to ask for tips/imply that the customer wants to tip when exact change isn't given. After I came back from my car from the SECOND time, the lady who originally prepped my food was at the cashier and I asked the amount again and she had the audacity to stare me down and was lowkey being rude. I was trying to double check the amount because I was not going to tip them. Another time, that SAME lady literally ignored me when I asked for cheese multiple times and didn't even add cheese and she closed the bowl. I had to ask the cashier to add cheese and they only gave me cheese on the side, which wasn't even the full proportion as well. On an extra note, my mother ordered door dash today for me and the quality of food service was HORRIBLE. I ordered a chicken bowl with a little pico, double guac, extra sour cream and cheese. The door dash people came almost 30 minutes later then the order was supposed to; the order was wrong. There was no light pico, no double guac, and no cheese. The bowl wasn't even half way full. I mean, you people don't even get payed enough to be giving 1/2 portions anyways, and this has been a CONSTANT problem majority of the times I come here in person. The service is awful and the food isn't even that great to be causing all these issues to customers. Qdoba would NOT do this to me; maybe learn how to cook and do portion sizes from franchises like Qdoba. Qdoba is cheaper and has better portion sizes. Everything at chipotle is over priced; charging extra for bland and practically tasteless to some extend queso when this is supposedly a mexican resturant is crazy. Lastly, your workers there are money hungry; one time when I came here they weren't accepting cash (I only had cash on me), only card. When I asked if I could pay cash even if they didn't have exact change and if I could just tip, suddenly I was getting great portions. Excuse me? The portion size should be the same whether or not the customer is tipping. It is not mandatory to tip. When I got to the cashier, apparently they did have some change and I got my change. In finality, please fire that one lady who always has an attitude and gives 1/2 portions and for gods sake PLEASE work on customer service and communications skills. This is why Qdoba is superior to chipotle, they don't have these issues; let's hope this franchise closes and Qdoba opens here...
Read moreHonestly if I could give it 0 I would. I’ve gone to this location multiple times over the last few months, since this one has opened. It’s a lot closer to me so it’s super convenient. It’s a mix between the quality of food, customer service, atmosphere, cleanliness just overall restaurant, doesn’t live up to the true RESTAURANTEUR standard. I usually get the same thing, chicken or softritas bowl (pescatarian), so those are my options outside of veggie bowl. When I tell you all but ONE time I’ve gone here to get a bowl, they either didn’t have fajita veggies, chips, vinaigrette, tomato salsa. One time I went they were out of sofritas, veggies, lettuce and vinaigrette. A time I went the rice wasn’t fully cooked. I went just for chips and salsa one night, I kid you not, the cashier was nowhere to be found, the manager kept looking at me and walking past, the guy on the line (who was taking care of a line) asked me what I was there for I said just chips and salsa, he got the salsa I wanted and called out to the cashier I assume.. Still manager looking at me look at her, I just left. It was ridiculous. There’s been multiple times I’ve gone to this location and they just are completely unprofessional, not welcoming and act like they hate their job.. I used to work at chipotle, so I get days are long, stressful, sometimes you run out of things, however this store makes all of the above and following a HABIT. When I worked there, the atmosphere was never like this. As a customer or as an employee. This location for some reason, at 8pm they’re out of things and won’t make any more, they put the chairs up so customers can’t sit or feel welcomed. However they don’t close until 11pm. I’ve seen a girl scoop the rice with a towel into the rice thing on the line. The cut quality of chicken you’re always gonna get some fat or something chewy. Last night was charged for guacamole on my bowl, wasn’t there. Didn’t have fajita veggies. Beans overcooked. Chicken chewy. The manager on the shift last night seemed to care more about a friend or former or current coworker coming in to visit and talking with him than she did getting her store in a better position. Again, the girl on the line announced (like normal) they were out of fajita veggies, vinaigrette, guacamole and probably something else I may have missed. So I guess they were out of almost everything last night as well… at 9pm.. and not making anymore. This location just really makes a bad name for chipotle if I’m being honest.. I will be going out of my way to other chipotles...
Read moreHi I've been here twice on separate days.
First visit was in the morning around 1030am. The lot looked full but I went in and I was the only person which was great. I ordered a bowl the servers were nice. It was clean. The queso and chips are really good. And the queso was nice and hot (temp) the other stuff could have been warmer. Food. I got chicken al pastor it was good nice spice a little heat kick. I didn't like the corn it was too sweet for me I was wondering what flavor was throwing off my savory bowl and that was it. The juices are really good I like them all. First visit was good.
2nd visit. Now my second visit around 3pm was not good everything went to shi. The food was all gone and on the cold side nothing was really hot. Portions were off. I ordered a regular chicken burrito bc they didn't have Al pastor. I got queso but the guy barely put half a scoop on I said can I get some more then he filled up a full scoop and put it on. I was charged double for the first drizzle drops 😡. The queso thing was about to be empty and I think he was trying to save what was left to give to other customers but why does the restaurant not have food prepared and ready the container should never be on its last 4 scoops. I got chips and queso they didn't have any bags ready the guy had to go make me a bag. Idk what this place is doing the whole place was dirty at this time very messy it doesn't seem like they have anyone to clean during the day. 2nd visit wasn't good it's sad the food when prepared right is really good. This place need to work on following their franchise handbook and standard operating procedures. Food should not be cold they need to increase the holding temps. There should be no variations of food temps on different days. So I give it a 3 star food good on some days. I really do recommend you try the chips and queso when it's hot and the juices they are the best. Also for some reason the lot always looks full but there hardly be any customers in there. And there doesn't appear to be that much staff. So don't let the full looking lot fool you they not that...
