Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Canton Township

Worst experience with customer service that I have ever seen. I called to place an order at 7, to avoid the all to famous " we have no hot and ready ready" " it will be 15min". I arrived at 722pm and was told my order wasn't even started! I ask to speak to the manager, and the young girl goes behind the warmers to tell the manager I am upset and would like to talk to a manager, she says why, the girl tells her I wanted my pizza and it's not ready, the manager says very loudly, I don't care what she wants, I don't care! The girl comes back up and proceeds to take the next customer,completely ignoring me! A few minutes later the manager pops up and says What? I tell first off you were very loud and you should care about your customers and second everytime I come in here.i never get a hot and ready! She then starts talking and being argumentative and I said I don't want to hear that, it's rude! She te lls me I'm gonna be quiet so she can finish, I tell her I just want my pizza, and she tells me no, and I can leave! I ask for the manager and she tells me she is the manager,the owner the everything! I call the 1800 number....she's the manager. I won't be going back without an apology,and...

Almost every time I go here I'm reminded why buying their food is a waste of money. It's cheap and can be fantastic food when prepared right... That said I'm so tired of tasting raw dough. I've had several separate raw dough dishes across the last few years

I run into an issue and ditch for months, then try again and run into the same issues with different employees which means this is probably a franchise issue. Managers suck for sure but I'd have to assume they've had some turnover too, although I've only been here like 4 years. The turnover rates of local stores backs that up, same issues different people across years.

Their stuffed crazy breads are raw dough 100% of the time. I've mistakenly ordered them like 4 times thinking it was specific employees. All raw dough inside.

Their pepperoni bread, my first time ordering, tonight has raw dough in it. Raw dough if properly made has eggs in it which can cause real illness, you can't serve or consume raw dough. They've been doing this for like 3 years...

I placed a mobile order on the app at 7:03 PM. I arrive at the estimated pickup time, waited about 5 minutes to speak to an employee to be told my order wasn’t ready yet. Okay, no big deal.

More than a half an hour goes by while I am waiting entirely too patiently in the lobby for my order. Meanwhile, three other customers come in waiting to place an order. They waited approximately 6 minutes before the lady working the counter addressed them. Perhaps, if she wasn’t wearing headphones and listening to music, she would have actually heard the door bell when those people entered the lobby and came up to the counter quicker to take their order.

It took about exactly an hour from the order being placed until it was ready. For one deep dish pizza. The only reason I am giving two stars and not one is because the pizza was actually made very well and fresh (should be given the hour wait!)
