We arrived at 915pm after driving several hours & were looking forward to getting out, stretching as well as eating. To our suprize the lobby door was locked! We checked the operating hrs sign & it said open til 10pm. Of coarse all the employees inside tried to ignore our knocking but my husband was able to get the mgr to open the door albeit just slightly. She informed him that they were short handed so they closed the dining room early. She did state that the drive thru was still open & we could use it. Seriously arbys? On a Friday nite? Not sure how many employees u need to honor your hours of availability but we counted 2 employees eating (in the dining room) the mgr, cashier and 3 in the kitchen. Seems odd that these 7 couldn't handle normal business. We traveled all day with a dog in the car so the drive thru & eating in the car with the dog was extremely aggravating! Being able to use the restroom before & after our meal would have been nice as well since our fries & potatoe cakes were over cooked and especially greasy. I'd also like to suggest that you put a trash can some where on your property so when your guests are done eating in their vehicle they don't have to unlock & open the gated dumpsters to properly dispose their drink cups & trash. Overall this is establishment has poor customer service standards & quality control. VERY...
Read moreI ordered the rib eye steak meal and what I received was mostly inedible. The meat was mostly gristle and the bits that weren't were the texture of hard plastic which could not be chewed. The curly fries box was half empty, the fries were burnt and cold. I had to throw my meal out and get lunch elsewhere. Avoid this location if you can.
*Update- 05/14/2023
In an effort to make it better Arby's sent me 3 tickets for complimentary sandwiches and said they would speak to management at the riverstone Pkwy location. Which I thought would be great so I returned to the same location and ordered the new Kings Hawaiian sweet heat sandwich. What I received was bread which looked as though they intentionally smashed it until it was not recognizable as Hawaiian bread. The meat was just as bad as last time, inedible gristle which can not be chewed by human teeth. I have to suppose they have a meat trash pile of fat and gristle otherwise I don't know where they even find this junk meat. I had to throw the sandwich in the garbage as it was not edible. I will certainly not be returning to this location. I'll try another Arby's location for my other complimentary sandwiches. I've always had good food at the...
Read moreI have patronized this location for many years. I love their food, their friendliness and importantly...always clean. this not only includes the dine-in but always the kitchen and restroom. Kudos to management and staff!
This is where it gets even better! Due to my store closing, (where I work 5 minutes away) I often times eat around '10ish' at night, when people can easily get grumpy and eager to be closing. Not these staff members! Wow, very impressive!
Nathan Fletcher I have on many occasion, been served by a young man named Nathan Fletcher! He is dynamo...always a smile on his face with a light-heartedness to that incredible demeanor built naturally within him! Refer back to '10ish' at night! I have never been served by him when he was not a bounce of joy when serving me!
I have, (for many years previous) worked with young people in various settings. I recognize the strength of committment in those of our young people who possess it and what I see in this young man gives me pleasure to say that with such conviction. With that great attitude, he will go far in life...
You know, I am hungry for another Arby's! Thanks Nathan...you're the...
