Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Canton

I ordered a blizzard cake on Friday September 23 2016, the lady told me it would be ready on Sunday and they would call me when I could pick it up. Waited until 2:30 then just went to pick it up with no phone call and it was never even made. My son was very disappointed and we had no cake for his party. The young lady said she saw my order ticket still in the back but no cake was made. She gave me half off of whatever was in the freezer but they were already written on or for a girl so we had to get a treatzzeria for $5 which wasn't even a cake of any kind and was only enough for a few people. I went in last week to get a blizzard around 7pm. When I came in there was one person in front of me and several people waiting. It took the girls in the back 10 minutes to come and take his order and then proceed to make 5 other orders of people that were waiting who had obviously been there for a while. I was there for about 20 minutes with a long line forming behind myself when I chose to leave. No one came to ask me what I wanted or anything.
