In 54 years this is the absolute worst place I have ever been to, after simply voicing my concerns of waiting nearly 50 min for a simple breakfast order I was met with one of the worst attitudes I've ever encountered in the service industry!!! after waiting 10 min to get coffee another 10 min to place an order then more than 30 minutes later with a nearly empty restaurant the what I'm assuming to be the night shift manager shows up with the appetizer I told the waitress to just bring with the meal, I asked her why it's taking so long and there's nobody here she said they were understaffed and busy yet there was only a handful of people on the other side of the restaurant telling me she was being courteous to bring out the appetizers to me but more than 30 minutes after I finaly got to order, there was nothing courteous about this woman saying my wait is not her problem when I informed her it is absolutely her problem as she is obviously the manager which I have no idea how she could possibly have that position with her abusive and vulgar and down right nasty attitude, it's as if she was doing a favor by letting me eat there and wait indefinitely to get my food and then telling the cook who was "still" cooking the food by the way to cancel it and forget it you're not going to eat here, telling me to go somewhere else refusing to serve me even though I've waited an hour for food at that point... I refuse to give my hard earned money to a business that would keep and condone an employee that outright publicly verbally attacks patrons with absolutely no accountability, and after my call to corporate to report this location I will absolutely NEVER do business with them again... Ever! I sure hope there are security cameras for someone in corporate to review!!! 8/25/23 at 11:30 pm to 12:30 am right side dinning room back corner booth... This woman is definitely more suited for a food truck that could be avoided not representing Denny's Nationwide restaurants!

But... when I walked in to eat dinner as a party of 2, the first impression I received seemed as though there was a chaotic panic by the employees. Followed by a very overwhelmed manager, who immediately came up to the hostess stand and told them that we would be the very last table seated. This was at 9:45 PM. She was too concerned about closing at 11 and having all the customers gone so she would be able to leave by 12 instead of 2. I know that sounds reasonable except that they were supposed to be open and serving guests til 11. But we were seated and then preceeded to wait for at least 20 mins to even have a drink order taken. Which we turned in our food order at the same time so as not to be overlooked again. Finally after another 40 mins we are finally served our food. It was cooked to order and it was all correct except that they came and said they were out of pancake mix and asked if we would like a substitute. That was great since it had already taken so long. But I know they turned away at least 5 or 6 other parties that tried to come in to eat. And I know I heard the manager say at least another 3 or 4 times about how she was just so ready to get out of there and was delegating all the tasks still needed to be completed, like she is supposed to do, but she was so concerned with that and pushing the employees to get finished it seemed like three guests were an after thought. All of this is disappointing enough, but this kind of service seems to be the norm lately. š on the other hand, our server, once we got moved over too was great. Everything went smoothly from there. ** I have recently found out that the waitress that ended up taking my table over after my original waitress left us sitting for all that time was named Jordan. She was great, super helpful and attentive, all of which are highly appreciated. It was good to know at least one of the employees still cared about customer service and helping us...

See they have it where you cant leave comments on our store in canton but to call them directly which i have been doing for a while ever since we have used door dash we call and ask for chocalte chips to be added bc i have picky kids and we are busy most nights and not once have we ever been charged but i wouldve even paid but no lady basically shut me down all the way around basically i would have to pick up myself and pay there or no chocolate chips because i didnt have time to go get our dinner Myself............The reason we stopped eating at this location and started door dash was our waitress last time we went was rude forgot MOST of our food even tho she wrote it down had an attitude anytime we asked for something including children menu for our 2 kids after she gave the table who showed up 30 min after us kid menus but not ours we didn't get our drinks until after our food came out which all the other tables around us she had no problem helping correctly we continued to be nice when asking while only receiving attitude if she would acknowledge us at all worst experience I've ever had here I really miss Crystal Kelly as the manager she kept them girls professional now its hard to want to even go back and one of our favorite places to eat seeing as...
