7-6-20 The drive thru was very fast today. The young lady who took my order took as much time as needed to explain the food options to a confused older gentleman, she was very kind. The food was fresh and tasty, much improved over the past few visits. Keep up the quality, it's much appreciated in these stressing times. Last month, Drive thru only, it was a limited menu due to what ? I'm not sure. We have had better tasting food from this drive thru in the past. Please don't tell me the corona virus has effected the way food is prepared. The veggies were very good, we will include them with every order from now on. The fried rice was dry and lack taste, the serving size was not up to its usual portion. The orange chicken must have sat a little to long on the serving line, it was a little on the hard side, it also lacked any extra sauce with the dish. The other two meals we ordered were also on the dry side, we took them home and added several seasonings and some melted butter for moisture. We had worked around the house all day and we were looking forward to a tasty meal, I was dissapointed...

UPDATE 5/7: Once again my husband just stopped by this Panda Express since he happened to be in Canton, it's only 7:41 pm and he tried to order String Bean Chicken but was told they are out of it FOR THE REST OF THE NIGHT!! This place truly sucks!

I will never go to this location in Canton, TX again. We live between two Panda Expresses, this one in Canton and one in Terrell. We have been here a few times and we tend to eat dinner later than most people so we often arrive around an hour or half an hour before closing and EVERY SINGLE TIME we've been they are out of String Bean Chicken and won't make more because they say they are closing soon. Last night we arrived 45 minutes before closing and, ONCE AGAIN, they were out of String Bean Chicken. Here's an idea: if you keep running out of the SAME THING over and over that might be a clue that you aren't making enough of that entree...so why not make more? Also, we ended up getting another chicken based entree that had very little chicken in it. We have never had any of these issues with the...

My husband and I went through the drive thru today and we are highly disappointed and won’t be returning. When we were trying to order the guy was rushing us and calling my husband “babo” (which is a very insulting term, look it up on google) multiple times. We were asked about the 3$ or 5$ donation and we kindly said no. He rudely told us to pull up to the window. When we got to the window we immediately got our food (which isn’t a bad thing) but when the lady went to give my husband my card she had forks, napkins, sauces and the receipt trying to give it to us all at once instead of putting it in the bag. When we got home our containers weren’t even full like usual, the food was extremely dry and lacked any taste and my beef was stop sign red in the middle! Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. Was not...

Been coming here for a while since its on my way home. I went there yesterday and tried to order broccoli beef, Beijing and the sesame chicken. The attendant said they didn't have any. I ended up getting the grilled chicken teriyaki and the honey walnut shrimp. And for them to give me a very small portion it just isn't right. If they are on the side of i20 very well they know it will be a busy business they should have all the stock to meet customers needs. Second very small portion for the price I pay don't seem correct. I've been to other panda express and let me say I've gotten more than what they gave me last night.

I ate here a while back. I didn't like the food. I was craving Chinese and it was a Tuesday. Chens was closed. So decided to give them another try. I agree they can be stingy with the food. I ordered the family meal. They could have filled the containers a little more. But the food was better tasting then last time. Except the Chow mein. I prefer Lo mein. The Chow mein is too dry. With taxes this is about $40. Not sure if you want to pay that if they aren't going to fill the containers better 🤷‍♀️ Maybe I'm just used to Chens and when you order special food they not only fill up the containers but they give a lot of meat.

The food is good sometimes and others it's feels like it's been sitting out for hours. My biggest issue with this location is it's honey walnut shrimp. They charge you 1.50 extra for it and 90% of the time its dry and looks like this. When it's considered premium it should definitely look better not worse than the other food on the plate. It's kinda sad Cus it's my favorite and this is the only pandas close. Please fix this issue guys I'd love to keep eating here but as of rn. It's not worth it for what you charge.
