Happy's Pizza — Restaurant in Canton

I work in a hospital that is experiencing a power outage so no one has access to any food so I decided to order a pizza and bread for myself and my employees. I stepped away from my desk came back and discovered they had called so I immediately called them back only to discover they returned my order so I told them again where to bring it and that I have 2 people waiting at the front doors….the driver never got out of his car…and there was no identifiable sign on his car for my employees to see...so I called the drivers phone and asked him where he was and he stated that he called and no one answered I told him I had spoken with his employer multiple times and stated where to bring the food and 2 people were waiting he said he’s not bringing it back……my employees waited for over a half hour for him to come back so I called again and they told me my order was cancelled !!!! 😡. I gave specific instructions and they were not followed and I will not be ordering from this establishment again…too much of a hassle and they obviously don’t...

The visit to this location goes down as one of the worst customer service experience I have ever had. First of all, my wife and I ordered a pizza for carry out with chicken and pineapple. When I went in to pick up the pizza, it was pepperoni and sausage. The owner named Keith offer to remake the pizza and give us the pizza they messed up, but my wife and I don't eat pork. My wife was not pleased with them just remaking the pizza and she expressed it to the owner. Keith became frustrated that my wife was not satisfied, began to raise his voice and make mean comments like "I can't stand ignorant people". I let him know that while it is his establishment, he should not go to the length of making mean comments and losing a customer. Was originally planning on stopping by somewhere else. Glad we stopped by to give them a try. Wife got the chicken sandwich and fries. Tasted great she added pickle to it. Only complaint she had was the thickness of the bun. I had the 9.99 pick two. I chose the rib tips and a lg peperoni pizza. The rib tips came in their house BBQ sauce a sweet vinegar base sauce that pared well with the ribs. The ribs were dripping with sauce, tender meat with a nice char to them. The pizza was one of the better pizza options I have had since moving to Ohio. Made my top 10. Only complaint on the pizza was the crust, it was a little bland once you got to the end of the slice.
