To start with, service isn't bad but, could definitely be more "friendly" to say the least. Their fish sandwhich is a joke. It was deep fried fish and Ive had better and bigger ones out of the bottom from the grocery store. So I would suggest to not get their fish unless youre looking to leave hungry. Also to note, I ordered a "fish sandwhich" but got up charged for texas toast ($1.49) that wasnt requested. Unfortunately the toast is soaking with butter and I didnt eat it. The fries actually aren't bad and I liked the outside of them. Beware of a few things. While you eat, I guess it normal to have the bums stare at you and also try to get your attention to give them money. This is also a HOF village tax that you will get charged as well.

The inside of the restaurant is small. With outdoor seating, the size doubles. We arrived at 11:30am and were happy to beat the rush (or so we thought). There were 3 people in our party. Shortly after we were sat, the waitress came around and asked for our drink order. Shortly after that, she asked our food order. Then the place filled up. 1 of our group got her sandwich after about 10 minutes. The rest of us got our meals AFTER the 2 large groups got theirs about 20 minutes later. I ordered nachos and they took about 30 minutes. They were tasty but, wow! I would probably come back but well after the lunch rush.

The only reason this gets three stars is because of the plaza being there. The setting is nice and it's nice to grab a drink in a convenient location that is close. Beside that, I've found some of the staff to be rude and some condescending. If there is one thing I don't like, it's someone faking being nice. Especially for a tip. I feel as if she was the day time manager and was almost condescending in her tone.

I visited this place for the first time last summer and ordered a hamburger that wasn’t cooked all the way; it was still pink in the middle. I should have taken that as a sign not to return, but I decided to give this place a second chance.

Yesterday, I went back with my boyfriend, my sister, and her boyfriend. My boyfriend and I both ordered the same hamburger, and this time they were overcooked. The entire top and bottom layers of our burgers were burnt, making them too hard to eat, had a burnt taste to the burger and the buns had been left on the burner for far too long, resulting in hard edges. We ended up throwing our burgers in the trash because they were inedible.

To make matters worse, there were a lot of gnats flying around us while we were trying to eat. It also seemed that the oil they used for frying hadn’t been changed in a while because my fries had a stale oil taste; they were cooked on the outside but undercooked on the inside.

My sister ordered nachos and found a hair in her food. With gnats flying around her as well, one even got stuck in the cheese, so she insisted they remove the nachos from her tab and throw them away without eating.

Additionally, one of the waitresses was standing by the bar playing with her belly button ring, which was quite unprofessional and nasty.

Overall, this place is gross and lacks professionalism. They need a better cook who actually knows how to prepare food. It’s clear why there are hardly any customers eating at the Jerzee Café when Im downtown during the event; mostly all you see are people only ordering drinks. You very rarely see anyone order food and after my two bad experiences with food there & reading other reviews, i now can see why.

I’ve decided we will never again order food from this place again; I will only get drinks...

I always go there to order food. Today I took my daughter and boyfriend out there to have dinner and was disappointed with the service. I was told that we could not sit outside and eat, because my 6 yr old daughter brought in Wendy’s. They told us we had to either sit 12 feet away or order to go everyone was looking at us as we sat in the back. So we decided to leave because we were uncomfortable and felt we were being treated discriminative and poorly. The GM Bret was rude and the waitress was rushing us out. WHAT A TERRIBLE PLACE TO BE!! Then they made us pay for 2 drinks that we never got! We look up the owner Christ Miggorie and was unable to reach him! We want our money...
