Jerzee's Centennial Plaza — Restaurant in Canton

Went here to eat last summer for the first time and ordered a hamburger and it wasn't cooked all the way. it was still a little pink in the middle. I should have never returned after the first incident with horrible food but decided to give it a second chance. Then came again yesterday for the Jimmie Allen concert me and my boyfriend and my sister and her boyfriend. Me and my boyfriend both ordered the same hamburger and this time they way overcooked both of our burgers. the whole top layer and bottom layer of the burger were cooked for too long it was too hard and had a burnt taste to it. and they left the buns on the burner for too long. All around the edges of the buns were hard my boyfriend and I threw our burger in the trash he couldn't eat it. Also while trying to eat there were lots and lots of nats flying all around us and all in our faces why we were trying to eat. They also must hardly ever change the oil because my fries had that old oil taste to the fries and the fries were cooked on the outside only the inside when you bite into it wasn't cooked. My sister ordered nachos and there was a hair in her food and nats flying all around her food one flew in her food and got stuck to the cheese so she made them take it off her tab and throw it away so she didn't even eat. Also one of the waitresses was standing by the bar playing with her belly button ring just nasty. This place is gross and so unprofessional. They need a better cook that knows what they're doing. Obviously, these young college kids they got there don't know how to cook. Now i can see why everytime im downtown by the Jerzee cafe you hardly see anyone eating their food you always see people only ordering drinks. It's because their food is horrible and nasty. I always go there to order food. Today I took my daughter and boyfriend out there to have dinner and was disappointed with the service. I was told that we could not sit outside and eat, because my 6 yr old daughter brought in Wendy’s. They told us we had to either sit 12 feet away or order to go everyone was looking at us as we sat in the back. So we decided to leave because we were uncomfortable and felt we were being treated discriminative and poorly. The GM Bret was rude and the waitress was rushing us out. WHAT A TERRIBLE PLACE TO BE!! Literally JUST left. 1st of all the waitress didn't seem like she wanted to serve us anyway. We placed an our orders and didn't realize the time so we had to get them changed to ToGo. I'm LITERALLY watching the cook touch his face, apron, and all the other things in the kitchen (WITHOUT washing his hands AND putting on gloves) take my food from the plates and put them in to go containers BARE TF HANDED!!
