I have mixed feelings about this location. Prior to today, Jimmy John’s on Tusc was my go to but after today I will find a different location. My order was delivered to the wrong home yesterday. Mind you I live on a dead end street with TWO houses and the house it was delivered to doesn’t even face my street (epic fail). I called the store and let them know that my neighbor down the street found my food on his porch. At first it seemed like the Manager was thinking “OH Good so you got your food so we are good.” Uuummm I don’t eat food that sat in the sun for an hour that had mayo vinegar and oil on it which also creates soggy bread…no thanks. So I asked what he was going to do to fix the mistake. Reluctantly he said I can get my order in the future since I then had something to do and couldn’t wait for my food to be delivered again. So I call today about getting my order and the Manager proceeds to make statements like “You won’t be able to request it being left on the porch and he could add me to a conversation with the owner.” All stuff he didn’t even have to say and at that point it felt like he was making it look like I was the one that did something wrong and not the employee that didn’t even deliver my food to the right STREET or house. Literally DO NOT care what the owner says and what changes he is making. So me being a Manager myself told him the changes he is speaking of are understood but making the customer that had her food delivered to the wrong street and home feel like a lair is not what’s up and definitely not a good look on the store. So I advised that they take the “leave on porch” option away to all customers. Read moreIm not going to this location anymore. Im seriously boycotting it and I hope everyone who works at this location reads this too. I love the sandwiches here a lot and Im so glad that we've had a JJ's in Canton for as long as we've had already. The employee's have always been so nice whenever I'd get delivery and whenever I'd go in the store with whoever, but I guess it's not as nice when you have someone who has delivered to you before recognize who you are and remember where you live and REMEMBER EVERYTHING you have ever ordered from their store. An incident happened to me on 6-21-16 where I walked in the Country Fair plaza JJ's with my significant other and a lady had recognized me as I walked in because she has delivered to my house before on a couple occasions. When she recognised me in the store, she literally yelled out my street address in front of everyone in the whole store. Not only was it a tad bit embarrassing of her to do, but it was unprofessional in my opinion. You don't just shout out loud where people live. It's VERY private and personal information for anyone. On top of this, she also started listing off everything I have ever ordered from their store. I felt as if she kept treating and talking to me as if I were a child and I am 18 years old. I felt publicly embarrassed by a worker here and they also shouted out my personal information. Read moreMyself and some coworkers opted for Jimmy Johns for lunch. The cashier/person taking our order was rude. Card machine was having issues and instead of being helpful he stood behind the counter saying nothing and making it obvious that he was annoyed by my presence. When the sandwiches were made the person making them tossed them on the counter. We had go bag our food ourselves (even though we ordered it to go). After leaving the store, we discovered that one of the sandwiches had NO meat on it. However it did contain plastic wrap and a hair. When we called they didn't apologize but said that we could come get a new sandwich but our lunch break was over by this time and we were unable to do this. They offered no other solution. If I could give zero stars, I would. The experience was terrible the whole way around. We work in an office building with 200 or more employees and many of us frequent this location...don't worry, we won't be "BOTHERING" the employees there any longer.
