Judy's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Canton

Service was pleasant. The food and food prep quite the opposite. The only thing that was made fresh was the egg. The bacon came out of the microwave and it was dried out and luke warm. I bit in one piece and had to spit it in a napkin. It was not edible! The waitress saw the plate just sitting there and asked if I like something else. I told her no thank you. While waiting for my BF to finish his eggs, I watched the cook. He was wearing gloves. He walked from behind the counter and touched everything AND the kitchen sink with the gloves on. Walked in the back, came around with his personal drink container in his gloved hands. I don't know where this sippi cup has been, I don't know who all touched that swing door before his glove did . Then he got back behind the counter touching the food! I'm sure this is not how food safety works! The waitress brought me, unexpected, another order of bacon that the cook just touched. We payed and left with the bacon untouched on our part. Gross. I...

I was invited here. Most say, " If you liked Lindsey, you'll love this place," I get it, not for everyone, not me, for sure. They had plenty of room to sit, but I had to fight to breathe. Seems as though their exhaust over the grill doesn't work well, and it was hazy in there. If you have breathing issues like I do, it's ...STAY AWAY !

Ordered a bacon omelet, the cheese melted over the outside, homefries and side gravy....except for the bacon everything else was just ho hum bland. The waitress was nice and fast, and the food came out in record time. I ate and paid for it and got out in record time. The Waffle House kitchen setup is cool, and you can see them make the food. But like the Waffle House, the food just isn't anything to write home about. Perhaps in time, they'll improve the quality of their food ?

Food was mediocre to say something nice. They use margarine instead of real butter on their toast and it makes it greasy and disgusting. Our server never bothered to give her name and I couldn’t get a refill on my soda to save my life!! Repeatedly shook my empty glass and even stated I could use a refill loudly as the nameless server walked by! Only to be ignored and to get an attitude when she finally brought the bill!! If I do decide to give this place another try in the future I will make sure I don’t get that nameless server with the attitude that makes you feel like you’re intruding...
