Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Canton

Little Caesars is the opposite of Julius Caesars, THEY stabbed ME in the back.

This place closes at 10 pm, which is totally fine. But when you call at 9:20 so that you could be courteous and let them know you'd like 3 hot and ready cheese pizzas, while also securing those pizzas for when you get there, you'd expect someone to answer the phone, especially when there were so many employees when we got there. Well, if you didn't guess, they didn't answer, so we got there around 9:30, and there were a few people in line, 2 out of the 3 ordered hot and ready's while the other picked up and order they placed, probably when she called to order it and they answered. Anyway, by the time we got to the front, there were no more hot and ready's on the shelves, so, we asked if there were anymore hot and ready's, the girl said "no" and I heard a man in the kitchen say "Bruh, we ain't making no more because it's almost time to close." so, we tell her that we called before to order them and no one answered, nothing was said to this, no apologies or anything, the guy came out from behind the counter and looked at the line and said "oh my god, its 10 minutes until closing time" and by this time, with the line, it was almost closing time, so he made a show of squeezing through the line of people and turning the open sign off very dramatically.

And as the light of the sign faded away, so did my faith in this establishment.

She goes to the back and asks if there's any pepperoni left and comes out with 3 ,even though we yelled after her saying we wanted cheese. I do not like pepperoni because it makes me sick, which is why I asked for cheese in the first place. At least they were very fresh, and the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars was because we at...

Horrible experience, i normally buy the pizza in Little Caesars on a different location so yesterday around 9:00 pm i stopped and i walked in to the place and it was so busy and dirty, i placed my order and they told me that it was at least 15 min waiting, so i went to wait outside because they were no place to sit inside and after 15 min i came back inside and they were people asking for their order saying that they were waiting there for more than 20 min and i just stand to wait, while i was looking and they call for Juan goes to pick up his pizza and he gets mad because he wait more than 20 min for a Hawaiian pizza and someone else took it by accident so the lady that was on charge said we call for a Juan and the other Juan took it you should give us your last name! (seriously?) I'm very sure that was not the first time something like that happened before so why the people that work there just ask for the last name? And while i was waiting i was looking at kids inside of the kitchen running and playing in the kitchen area, I'm guessing were the kids of the employers (what about safety and hygiene) so after waiting for 20 min i asked this lady if my deep deep dish pizza was ready and she said i don't think so, so she yells and ask to someone inside the kitchen if a deep deep dish pizza was ready and a guy yells NO they want it express or what? (Well that's what little caesars suppose to be "hot and ready " so after another 5 min i got my pizza and not even eat it because after all i saw i can't trust that the people that work there even washed their hands and didn't want to argue to get my money back after all the rude people that worked there, is there and regulations about hygiene and kitchen in Canton? So disappointed...

First of all. I could not use the app to order online and use the deals. So I went to the store. Listening to the dasher come in to get to go orders. Them being told there was no thin crust, so they didn't complete the online order. This should have been my Q to leave. I ordered 6 pizzas and 4 orders chicken wings for my staff. They said 15 minutes. An hour later, the lady tells them she needs pepperoni pizzas made, this lady been here an hour. Time went on. She looked at me and said, "We're waiting for your wings. The staff back there laughing and playing the whole time all the people were waiting and being told they didn't make their food because they didn't have what they ordered and paid for. So finally my wings come. They had no plates and gave me napkins, which was cool. But then I asked for a bag to put my wings and other items in. They didn't have them either. They did not offer to help me take this big order to my car. No, sorry for your wait, nothing!! I had to stop at another store to get something for the employees to put their food on and bags to be able to get all this into the break room. We have a little Ceasars at home that is way busy, then that place was. Plus, their prices on pizzas were over close to 3 dollars higher than any other store I ever been to. I ordered more from a different pizza place, got better pizza, and had it delivered for less money and quicker than what I went through to feed my staff. They need to lock them on the doors on that dirty store!! Or hire someone who cares and grown. The whole staff was kids...
