On Monday, June 5th at approximately 5:12pm my relative ordered (24pc nuggets), reg mashed potatoes w/gravy and reg cole slaw via drive-thru. However, once my relative reached home I noticed that she had ordered the wrong sides. Moments later, I returned to the drive-thru and advised the cashier of the miscommunication about the sides. During this time, the cashier (no name badge) had a very bad attitude because I informed her that the sides did not taste fresh. Next, I asked if I can replace the sides with two reg mashed potatoes. She (cashier) replied the food is fresh because it was made today and she closed the sliding window in my face. Within minutes, another cashier (slim African American female) open the window with my food. Before driving away, I tried the new sides and I was very disappointed. Meanwhile, I parked my car and went inside to request a refund. At this time, I was greeted by the first unfriendly cashier (no name badge) from the drive-thru. So, I explained to her that I wanted a refund because I do not like the sides. She (cashier) replied “Why?”. I repeated myself and then asked her if she’s having a bad day because she acting very rude. Her response was “that’s your perception”. Above all, I have never experienced bad customer service or food from this location. With that said, I had to write a review. Since the cashier was not wearing a name badge I looked on the receipts and it’s printed “Albert”. So, she’s definitely logged in using Albert’s password. I’m quite sure that’s against the company policy. Furthermore, a description of the employee is an African American female, between the ages of 28-38 with multicolored hair. Placed order with (possibly) the manager who was also carrying on conversation with crew member, who was on phone with another crew member discussing shift time.
We went to fill our beverages and found that the sweet tea urn was empty. We stood at the counter and the crew member that had just arrived and clocked in, assisted us with tea from the drive thru. She then was the one that came out and checked the tea status and was surprised to find the tea urns empty.
We found all of the tables dirty... floors too. We selected the least dirty table and wiped it down ourselves. We were now the only ones in the restaurant. As we were concluding our meal someone came out and started wiping down the tables.... using the same towel to wipe tables and seats and didn't stop to rinse towel. For this restaurant to only be open a few months it appeared much older and neglected.
Management needs to pay closer attention to the basics.... Cleanliness is a huge deal in a restaurant! Maintain the dining room and general cleanliness of the store. (I was afraid to go in the Men's room for what I may have found in there.) Have your tea urns full as you are beginning the dinner hour. Have discussions with crew member(s) at appropriate time, away from customer view...

I've lived in canton my whole life and all I've ever wanted was a Popeye's close by. It was a dream come true, naturally I expected most of the county to be wrapped around the building . Here we are week 1. You see last week I came in and order a 5 piece spicy combo. They took my order and I thought all was well, until I bit into the chicken only to find its 5 pieces of non spicey chicken. I'm a little annoyed. But i decide every thing is okay, its just week one.fast forward to today, here we are, week 2. I get some chicken this time with my Mom and Dad. All three of order 5 piece spicey combos. excited to give it another chance what do i find? 3 orders of non spicey chicken. 15 pieces of non spicey chicken. At this point I dont know weather to go back ever again. it seems like a spit in the face of my dreams. we finally get a popeyes and they refuse to give us spicey chicken.
