BEWARE PURCHASING FROM THIS SHOP IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR. This review is overdue, I had never really came around to it until I saw this shops popularity rising which is slightly concerning due to my experience. Roughly 3-4 years ago, my sister wanted to get me a Christmas gift but she did not know what she was looking for. I told her I wanted an MTG booster box of the current set at the time or other sealed product to booster packs. The shop owner knew who I was as I spent the better part of 3-4 years of my life playing modern on Sundays from 2015-2019 with a few friends but the modern scene slowly died at this shop and I stopped going. My sister goes into the shop and talks to the owner and says he knows who I am and what would be a "perfect" gift for me. He ends up selling my sister the "Friday Night" MTG bundle which is a product catered to extremely new/very casual players as the decks/cards have no value (monetary or in constructed decks) but I was still grateful for the gift. She noticed I didn't seem more excited and that's when she told me what happened at this shop. The owner either lied to a customer for an easy sale of product that would just gather dust on his shelf or took advantage of a naive person for any easy sale of a product. The product he sold has no appeal to any level of MTG player as it's kind of over priced and fits a niche group of players. It is possible that this doesn't happen often or he has changed but unless you know what you're looking for and what should be valued at, I would go to a more reputable seller like Win Condition Games or...

I've come here a couple of times, most of them to just browse and look at their stuff, but three times I have come to actually play. I've done two Pre-releases here both times the people were not toxic or rude, and they were extremely friendly. The other time I came down and played/hanged out with some friends of mine during Friday night magic/commander even though none of us were a part of it we still were allowed to play and hang out in the store. I have bought a couple of cards, packs, sleeves, and a deck box their prices are good and cheap just I suggest looking around at different places first before trading cards into this place because it is a store and they have to make money they take about half-price for cards, so just watch out. The staff are really nice and helpful both during games and during buying/selling, Overall, my experience here has been great so far and I will be visiting again here soon. I've visited here several times over the last few years. My very first time was immediately after they opened that day and a crowd of people were waiting to get in. I tried asking a question to the front desk but received a very short answer with no attempt to follow up and assist me. I was discouraged but understood he had a crowd of people to deal with. I decided to try again more recently and every time I've been since then (haven't seen that original employee from my first visit again), the employees were absolutely great at answering questions and striving to meet customers needs. They helped me with picking a precon commander deck which I've enjoyed playing with. I joined with a friend for one of their mtg Friday nights and we had a good time. $5 and you also get a booster. It's a good atmosphere with friendly people and they were friendly to us as relatively new mtg commander players.
