Drove from woodstock to make a return as this was the only cato I knew of being close to me. I walked in and the dark headed worker, didn't get a name, was standing there talking to another customer. She saw I had a return in my hand and child in tow and said I can't do returns or exchanges because my internet is down. You can come back tomm was her exact words. Rude and not helpful at all. Thankfully the girls in kennesaw were helpful and took care of me. Not to mention that more than likely the store in riverstone just didn't want to do a return. Might I add it's funny you can do sales with no internet but not exchanges or refunds usually they all run on the same system. I'm going to chalk this one up to the worker being LAZY.....I'll shop elsewhere...

If you're a person of color don't expect anyone in here to speak to you unless the mixed young lady is working. It's not the first time I've been in here and experienced this either. This go around however, three white ladies (two of which were probably in their 20s) and neither one of them spoke when I entered while I looked around, or when I placed all my things back on an isolated rack and left.
