The experience was phenomenal!
6/10/23 I went in just to window-shop and I was instantly drawn to a 2023 Yamaha Bolt that they had sitting to the right side when you walked through the door. Aaron approached me and asked if i had any questions pertaining to any of the bikes that they had to offer. I told him I was really just window shopping but I did have some interest on the Yamaha Bolt. He understood i was just window shopping and wasn't pushing me into a bike that i didn't even know I wanted or not. We stood around and talked for 20 or so minutes after our conversation, i told him i would come in later in the week to seriously look at the Bolt. Taking down his number I left and went on with my day.
The following Wednesday 6/14/23 Aaron text me a picture of a matte black 2023 Vulcan S 650. He said it had just rolled into the show room and wanted to know what i had thought about it since i was looking for a cruiser style bike like the bolt. THIS was the one! I knew when he sent me that picture that was the bike I was taking home! I told him I like it and will be in later that day to look at it. When i get to the dealership Aaron met my girlfriend and i at the showroom door with a smile. We made our way through the showroom to the bike. Once we get to the bike i do my walk around, sit on the bike, you know the normal stuff you do when looking at buying a motorcycle. Coming from a Yamaha R3, The bike felt fantastic! It was super comfortable and seemed like a bike that was custom tailored to me. A few other sales guys came up to me telling how amazing the bike is, one sales guy even has a Vulcan s 650 and said he didn't regret buying it! I picked out the bike and now it was time to work with the Financing department.
I worked with Tyler who was very friendly and knowledgeable on all of the questions that i had about the process of financing, maintaining , and owning the bike. At no point did i feel pressured or pulled into one particular way on how I wanted to finance the bike. We picked what felt right for my needs and expectations of owning and financing the bike. Once we finished up the financing we made our way to parts where i was introduced to Colton. Colton has helped me pick out and size my helmet and has helped my girl friend out multiple times with parts on her Rebel 300.
All in all, I am 100% satisfied with my purchase, with the experience and profesinalism of the employees of Ride now Canton. I recommend anyone looking for a motorcycle, ATV, or SXS to check this place out! You wont be...

I needed tires mounted on new wheels for my utv and found exactly what I needed at Freedom Powersports. When I walked up to the parts counter, Victoria was super helpful and found the tires that I needed within minutes and they were even in-stock! Victoria worked with Brooke in the service department to make sure that I would be able to have my service completed by the time I needed it done. If this was the end of the experience, it would still be a 5-star review, but these ladies went above and beyond to make my experience truly one of the best customer experiences that I have had.
What made this one of the best customer service experiences? Lets start with Victoria in the service dept. Not only was she super helpful and friendly, but she clearly had great relationships with other employees around her. She pulled in several other employees to help me quickly and efficiently while providing an excellent example of how a healthy team does teamwork.
Next, Brooke, in the service department, made my experience with my utv's service feel personal with a sense of urgency that I truly appreciated. Of course, she was super helpful and friendly, but what impressed me the most was her attention to keeping me informed with timely communication on the status of my machine along with a positive "can-do" attitude that is often lacking in other service departments that I have worked with in the past.
To the GM - you are obviously fostering a positive team culture at Freedom Powersports. While I know that every team has its challenges from time to time, for this customer it seems like your staff regards each other with respect and actively helps each other to succeed and offer exemplary customer service experiences. I didn't see anyone get frustrated with anyone else and each interaction from team member to team member seemed like they genuinely wanted to help each other help me. Having led teams in my professional career for many years, I can appreciate how this type of positive team environment has to be modeled at the top. Keep doing what you are doing and let your staff know that their relationships with each other are an integral part of the overall customer experience. You all are...
Read moreUpdate* Got the GPS working. Mark and the great guys at the service department installed it and I was able to get in contact with the owner of AL3RT GPS who walked me through the process.
Mike, Mark, Addison are great people. They truly want the best for the customer.
I went to RideNow Canton on Tuesday and immediately was greeted by Mike at the bike I had been watching online for a while. He asked what I was looking for and was extremely genuine. There was no “sales” impression, just someone wishing to help and get me what I wanted.
During the paperwork process, he kept me in the loop while my family was walking around. We came together with Tim and agreed on a price that made sense for both of us. Always keep in mind the business in any transaction has to make money.
Everyone there is a team player and I would hire Mike on the spot if I owned a business. He is hardworking, genuine and a great person to have on the Ridenow team. A true ambassador of what a “salesman” is supposed to be.
Now for the bad/dissappointing part. I don’t know why, but I was required to purchase a $1,000 GPS called AL3RT GPS. When it was placed on my bike, I could not register it or get it to work. After calling the company 3 times and no one calling me back, I brought the bike up to RIDENOW Canton and they said AL3RT never registered it, but it should be registered in 24 hours.
24 hours goes by and the GPS is registered and still isn’t working. More e-mails back and forth between me and the company and they said turn it off and back on again. I did that and once again not working.
It’s a real bummer because the experience as a whole was incredible, but this $1,000 GPS and lack of help on the AL3RT Company has left a bad taste in my mouth. The GPS company advertises a location update twice a day. A $25 air tag updates in real time.
5 stars for RIDENOW and their team, and 1 star for AL3RT GPS. At this point, I can’t trust AL3RT GPS to even do what it’s meant to do. How many more e-mails do I need to send since they never return phone calls? It’s basically an ankle monitor with outdated technology. This company does RIDENOW zero favors.
If anything changes, I’ll update my review...
