Tecali Grille — Restaurant in Canton

I have been there several times,the most recent on wife and I anniversary (27 years). They fixed us a special desert, which we were unaware of. We were very appreciative and it made our special day that more special. Thank you for your generosity and hospitality. I only wish we lived closer. We live over an hour away,and do not go daily or weekly. We have tried to go on weekends and special occasions. I love this place and the staff. I am already anxiously awaiting to go back Went a couple of weeks ago and were hardly acknowledged. Our server wasn't great, he was subpar. Had to remind him about bringing sauces and he wasn't on the ball. He never checked back on us. The other lady who was so friendly before,acted like she had never met us. Very disappointed. Food was good, service subpar, and atmosphere was not right. I guess we were looking for consistency in our friendly treatment. Will think about going back, probably won't be if I can't be treated in a better matter....

This is one of my favorite places to eat on my lunch break however; I will not be returning. I was very offended by the lack of customer service that I received. The place was not busy at my time of arrival. I choose to seat myself on the outside. No one came out to take my order or greet me. I had to walk into the restaurant and ask to be served. Shortly after, a white family seated themselves directly beside my and they were immediately served. I am a African American woman and I find that obvious discrimination very disturbing. I will no long support this establishment and I encourage other people of color to do the same. We are obviously not welcomed at...

The waitress had a bad attitude, long waiting time, little to no attention for refills and such. There wasn't anybody in there when we walked in. Used to be one of my favorite spots in Canton. COVID really messed up the restaurants and people's customer service skills. It seems like people can't relate to each other anymore and its really sad. I know everybody is having to pay extra for food right now on both sides, but if we are paying higher prices to eat then the quality should be decent, Not horrible...
