Delicias Latinas Ice Cream Shop — Restaurant in Canton

My mom and her friend had ordered chicharrones preparados (prepared pork rinds), first "mistake" I noticed was that the lady didn't rinse the "Cueritos" (pork skin). When we have them at home we usually rinse off the vinegar, let dry and then add them to the chicharron, well we didn't think any of it besides that they would taste like vinegar. We went to sit, 15 minutes later their food came along with my drink and icecream for our kids. The chicharrones looked delicious until my mom took a bite and her whole chicharron broke bc it was hella soggy. Did we order chicharrones preparados or chicharonnes in red salsa, cause thats what they looked like. My moms friends appetite disappeared, she got disgusted and threw hers away, so did my mom.

Now, I ordered a frozen coffee like a frap I rememberit being an horchata coffee, it didn't taste anything like horchata OR coffee. Plus it was made by a little girl. I understand its family owned but please don't put the kids to cut or blend. Have them clean the tables, greet the customers, scoop the icecream even or try their best to clean around. The only good thing about this place is the icecream itself but even then I recommend Brusters or Frosty Frog. Very DISSATISFIED with this place. I ordered two single scoop ice cream cones, the sugar cone was stale, it was not even a full scoop of ice cream. The server handed my cones without the customary napkin around the cone. We are in a pandemic, therefore, they should be extra careful handling food!!!
