Lately the Dueber location has been absolutely terrible. There's a girl with 2 inch long eyelashes that runs the register that has the personality of a slug and offers zero customer service. None of the employees at this location have a clue as to how the app works and trust me they don't even pretend to care. I did a mobile order and used my points to get a free double cheeseburger and ordered a medium fry with it. I paid ahead on my visa $2.58. Someone please explain how when my boyfriend went to pick it up they charged my card $6.08 and blamed it on the app and said they couldn't delete the charge. Why would anyone pay $6.08 for a double cheeseburger and fries when the bundle is $3.50? I literally got robbed by this location and it's crystal clear that none of the employees have even a slight interest in being helpful or fixing anything. I was told this location is owned by John House. I assumed it wasn't a corporate location because they would never hire the quality of people I've experienced lately at this location. People work hard for their money and when you take the time to download an app in order to save money only to have the workers claim ignorance and charge you more is completely unacceptable! Read moreI was very, very dissatisfied with this McDonald's. Although it is a newly renovated store it had the feel of a store not prepared for opening. There was nothing at the fountain dispenser area in the way napkins, cups for ketchup and the ketchup dispensers were empty. In addition the coke dispenser had no syrup. The ice dispenser likewise was empty. I reported the lack of coke syrup a counter person who in turn told the assumed manager who seemed to be totally uninterested even dismissive of the workers report. They said they would get my 2 large diet cokes for me. I returned to eat my other food. I returned a 2nd time after waiting approximately 20 minutes. I continued and ate the remainder of my meal without any beverage. Upon finishing the rest of my meal 30 minutes in total I again reported that I still hadn't received my drinks. They checked again to see why this wasn't resolved only to tell me at this point that the syrup has been switched over. No one bothered to tell ne that I could get my drinks now. I had been left expecting they would bring my long awaitrd beverage to me. The overall experience was very disappointing. I do not expect I will frequent this store again. New building but very poorly staffed. Not understaffed just poorly staffed. I might add the store was not overly busy. Possibly 6 customers inside during my visit. One of them wasn't eating....
Read moreGiving 2 stars only because it's clearly a revamped McDonald's. However, to give you an example of the staff...I ordered a small fry, that's it! They repeated it on the speaker and stated $1. I pull to the first window and the girl says $1.57. I hesitantly gave her $2 then she mumbled something about a sweet tea? So I asked if she had said that and she goes yeah...and I said no, a small fry, I didn't order a tea? She gets all frustrated and upset takes almost 5 minutes to give me back my change after yelling to the people upfront that it's a small fry (mind you I sat here surprised and quiet the entire time). Once she gives me the change it's in all pennies, dimes and nickles! I brush it off and pull forward to the second window, they still didn't have the fry ready yet and asked me again if that's what I ordered, I said yes. This girl gets the bag, almost hands it to me, pulls it back to look in it beforehand so I pull my arm back, she makes a weird face and said "just wanted to make sure!", gives me the bag, I go to open it and find a sloppy/semi cold cheeseburger 🤦♀️ and that's it.
