Cold food bad service rude mgr. The following is the interaction with jn house enterprises. Email sent:Downtown Canton location. Horrible service. Rude employees. Cold old food and refused to refund us. Said it was company policy that they don't give refunds. Tried to call number listed for corporate but it rings thru to an answering machine. No recording for company. Then when we tried to look up corporate info via Google it has a wrong number. You should be ashamed of the business you run Nancy: I got your message in about 5 places. I'm not sure why you had trouble dialing our number, we've received calls there for a number of years. I wish you would have messaged me without the admonishment and permitted me to address your issues. We could have had a better dialogue and I would have handled your refund/or given credit for some free meals in the future. I don't even know for sure which of my restaurants you're calling "downtown Canton" so I can't address your concerns with them either. You've basically accomplished nothing. You should be ashamed of yourself for treating me with such disrespect without even speaking with me or knowing anything about me. If you acted like that with my employees, that might explain why you think they were rude Me:That's for the reply. I'll be leaving my comment up and add your response. I can see why your establishment is run so poorly. It trickles down from the top Nancy:Just be honest: Ask yourself if that's the grownup way you would want to be talked to at your place of employment? Have you ever worked in retail with the public? I've had complaints before at a business, but I don't go at someone like that attacking them or their integrity and then expect them to do anything for me. Again, making assumptions when you know nothing about me or how I run my businesses. Like I said, I would have liked the opportunity to have discussed what happened but you chose the tone of the interaction. How did you think I would respond? You will always lose treating people that way. Put this response there too. Me:Ill be contacting the better business bureau in regards to your harassing emails. Please refrain from contacting me further John:Thanks for the message Amber, sweetheart, I’ve got it. I run a terrible business. Is there any more validation you need? I own 23 restaurants so I’m really too busy for this. You win. Please visit someone...
Read moreFrom experience, I know, working in a restaurant is hard and stressful which is why, whenever I order. I try not to make it too stressful. I figured ordering a different sauce on my sandwich would not be that bad. But apparently it was a problem and got charged for the sauce I wanted then whenever I ordered an iced coffee with extra French vanilla in it, I get a cup that's not even mixed. And then, I was like, I'm going to give it the benefit of a doubt maybe it'll taste good and what do ya know it tastes like burnt old coffee or like somebody stuck a cigarettes in it. This isn't the first time here either but it is also the nearest place to get a coffee that I work. I did not appreciate the service whenever the guy opened up.The window he just basically threw the food at me, didn't even give me my drink at first so I sat at the window until he came back and was wondering why I was still sitting there. I let him know that I was waiting on my iced coffee. No sorry no emotion whatsoever just didn't care. With the reviews i've seen on this mcdonald's.I don't understand why they're not shut down.Yeah, it would suck because it's where I get coffee but the coffee sucks. I really do hope that my message is heard and y'all fix it or hire somebody that's will want to actually work and make a good impression. So far in my experience with McDonald's, this is the worst...
Read moreI went to this McDonald’s for the first time for lunch today. My husband dropped me off so I could order my food while he went to get his food somewhere else. When I got inside, I wanted to use the bathroom first. I noticed it was locked, so I waited a few minutes outside, thinking someone was in there. Then a crew member came up to me and told me I needed to order food before I could use the bathroom. I looked at him, confused, because I’ve never had that issue at any other McDonald’s. I explained that I wasn’t from the area and didn’t know that was a rule. I also told him I wanted to use the restroom before ordering because I didn’t want my food sitting unattended while I was in the bathroom since I was alone. He then very rudely said, “That’s not how it works here,” and walked away. I was left wondering why he had to be so mean. I went ahead and placed my order, and they made my food super fast—it was ready as soon as I finished paying. I asked another crew member if I could leave my food at the counter while I used the bathroom. She was very kind, showed me where to leave it, and even gave me the restroom key. When I finally got into the bathroom, it was dirty and smelled awful 🤮🤮🤮🤮. I walked out right away, grabbed my food, and waited outside for my husband to pick me up. The fries were old and cold. Never coming back to...
