Paula’s ZZerts is amazing – do not hesitate to make that phone call to order a cake or baked goods! I recently had to arrange for refreshments for a celebration of life for my son – one of the most difficult times in my life. Paula listened to me describe the event and what I was considering and took the time to make suggestions and work with me on the order. My son was a St. Patrick’s Day baby, and Paula made the most amazing sugar cookies in the shape of shamrocks. Even the little dessert bites had a touch of Ireland in the sprinkles and a small hint of green in the frosting. It was these special touches that made all the difference. Well, the fact that everything was delicious stood out as well! Paula and Joe both came to the event to set up and she made sure that everything went smoothly which was such a weight off of us and our family. Paula has provided desserts and treats for my family on several occasions, and her treats are exceptional every time. We have a long list of favorites from her molasses cookies, to her cookie cakes with chocolate buttercream icing, to her biscoff bars, gingerbread cookie jars (at Christmas), and most recently, her chocolate flourless cake with chocolate buttercream icing! Paula’s zzerts exceeded all my expectations and desires for my wedding catering! The food was fantastic and service even better. Joseph and his team were timely, kind, and on top of it. I never felt like I couldn’t trust them to make my day go smoothly. There were no hiccups that I was aware of on the day of our wedding.
