I just want to give recognition where recognition is due. This company is absolutely 10 star first class all the way since day one I started as a regular customer and now I use them for all of my catering needs when we moved from our old office into our new location, I kind of stopped using them only because we had Wawa right down the street and it was just so easy although the food is night and day compared to mission bbq. The catering manager, Kim is the epitome of friendliness, professionalism And just an amazing positive energy! This is how all of the staff here are all the time! I’ve never had a bad meal. I’ve always been treated with love and respect. The restaurant is absolutely spotless at all times. Did you know this is one of the most popular restaurants and they absolutely do not advertise it’s only by word-of-mouth, that should tell you something! That They support our vets is very close to my heart as I have many family members that served friends as well of course. my favorites are always the moist brisket the turkey the jalapeño cheddar sausage who can say no to mac & cheese collard greens green beans. The list goes on and on if you leave this place hungry I swear to you it’s your own fault! This place is so amazing for catering , they supplied all the utensils the sterno Tablecloth everything, I didn’t have to even lift a finger as they set everything up for me before my luncheon. I can’t believe what a reasonably priced place. This is for the quality of food and service that we receive Every time. Definitely my number one go to spot either when I’m in the area, or if I’m catering for work, do yourself a favor go to this place often and support the ones that support us thank you for your service...

I am so sorry to write this review. I had a very poor experience with Mission today. I called yesterday to schedule a catering order today for 15 people. I was told that I would receive a invoice, this never happened. When I called the restaurant to request the invoice, I was told that I would receive another copy however that never happened. I called and spoke to a young lady (I believe her name was Katy) in the catering department and I'm happy to say she was delightful. She finally was able to send me the invoice, which was over $200.00. No problem, I was prepared for the amount. What I was not at all prepared for was the amount of food that I would receive. Two people in my party chose NOT to eat and one person wasn't able to eat because they arrived later and there was no food left, no left overs or second trips happened. I had to run to the nearest grocery store to buy more food. Truly disappointed with my experience today. We recently had the pleasure of working with Mission BBQ for our wedding, and we cannot express enough how delightful the experience was. The food was absolutely delicious, leaving our guests thoroughly impressed. The wide range of side options they offered perfectly complemented the main dishes, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. To be completely honest, I don’t even like BBQ typically but I LOVED Mission BBQ. They were by far the best caterer we tried in the SWFL area.

Before we even booked with Mission, we had an incredible tasting experience. We were able to sample a wide variety of their menu, and the caterers went above and beyond by sending home extras for us to have at home. Little did we know, this would be a foreshadowing of our wedding day when they also generously packed up and left us with leftovers.

Now aside from their food being absolutely delicious, the catering staff was also incredibly friendly and honest. From our initial interactions to the day of the event, they made us feel welcome and took care of every detail. I was also impressed with how affordable they were compared to the other options in the area. And, that they had different options for decor and dinnerware to match our event's aesthetic.
