The Dek Bar — Restaurant in Cape Coral

last night was the first time and the last time I will ever go to this bar. I went with my boyfriend and his sister to have a few drinks and watch the show we're sitting at the bar having a good time talking amongst ourselves watching the sports channels when two bikers from a biker Club called The Outlaws show up and confront my boyfriend about his shirt threatening to beat him up in the parking lot if you didn't take his shirt off. the bouncer show up and so does the owner of the bar. the owner looks at my boyfriend and his sister and myself and tells the bartender to cash us out telling us we have to leave and tells the two bikers they have to leave. because we did nothing wrong and the bikers wanted to be my boyfriend up we were thrown out of the bar. I had to call for a police escort while we're waiting for the police escort the bartenders and the owner of the bar continue to serve the outlaw bikershow do you three people doing nothing wrong get confronted and threatened to be beat up get thrown out of this bar. I think that's for business conduct we didn't do anything wrong we didn't raise our voice we let the bartenders know what's going on we let the bouncers know what's going on and we get thrown out some business ethic. I guess goes to show where customer service is lying come in beat our customers up but will still serve you and throw the customers who do...

Bar-maid tried to rip me off. Very dishonest.

I ordered a beer. Said I didn't want to run a tab. Put $10 on the bar under an ashtray. I was engrossed in my cell phone.

She came by and took the money, and out of the corner of my eye, I saw her put it in the tip jar. I waited for change, which I didn't receive.

About 20 minutes latter I asked..."Did I remember to pay you". She checked with a friend and said "$3.00 please". I said "Oh...did you remember to give me the change for the money you took a few minutes ago". She then made a scene and suggested I was running out on my tab.

Well, fortunately, it was all on video. The manager looked at the video and came out and told me I had paid.

Yes, but I asked about my change. So we both looked at the video.....and guess what. It showed that first she put some money in the register, and returned with change....and then she came back and snagged the change (while she thought I was using my cell). Well at that point, the manager agreed I was entitled to change....and gave me all of $3.00, as the video was not clear enough to show if it was a $5 or a $10 bill put out. Frankly, I didn't care.....the point was that she stole the money off the bar, and then lied about my paying....and further lied about the fact that she had taken...

Completley ubsurd n stupid the over weight bouncer baned me for someone else steping 9n my shoe i d8dnt fight didnt get in any troible hes had a hard on for me for years. And ive been coming there 12 years spent lots of money helped re model the o bar for cliff n christine the owners and this guy needs to be put on alaska he takes his job way to serious then i eat during day when he only worls at n8ght he cones in there n thretens me n tells ne not to come in during day either after my wife n i and four friends ordered food what a waiste we paid our 2 drinks 3. 50 and left please spend ur money somewhere else. Theres lots of roacges in the back kitchen n other critters ive been back there. Please dont eat there and if theres a huge guy in black leave cuz he has a chip on his shouilder. The bartenders get drunk all night with shots from custumers they give them free shots but noone else ive sewn several of them hang there after hours drinking on other guys tabs or for free from other bartenders they get sooo stupid. Ive seen drugs sold out back in parking lot and at bar ive seen fights ive seen a car get stollen horrible ive been thretened not to talk bot this all but im tired of it the bartenders are on...
