I’ve been saying for a while that I need to start working out but always used the excuse it’s too far, traffic is too heavy, etc. I was happy to see HOTWORX opening a location in South Cape, and so close to home. South Cape is my favorite GO TO place to Shop, Dine, Play, and now Work out. The work out experience is fabulous, the sauna heat is a game changer, no soreness either.
