Tacos Moreno 3 — Restaurant in Capitola

Came here for lunch on a Friday and it was nice.

They have 2 tables located outside for you to sit and people watch. They also have a couple of seats inside of the shop.

They accept credit card & cash— just had to put that becuase I didn’t see a sign saying what they accepted and saw everyone before me paying in cash.

I got 3 street tacos for $11, my friend got a super burrito. I would have liked the options to have more salsa (for it being street tacos) and for the meat to be slightly less cooked becuase they were a little too chewy from being over cooked.

Location: it’s located right next to the beach, so it’s easy to just pop in for a quick meal before heading back to lounging on the beach!

Would have liked to see: More drink options (wished they had horchata, or other home made drinks instead of just...

This place will forever have a place in my heart! The owner Gabby, is what every restaurant or even business owner should strive to be in every way. We've never met any other restaurant owner with so much heart and compassion and caring on the inside. The restaurant went above, beyond and more to cater for us during one of the most difficult times in recent history. Every item was delicious and had even made us specialty items that was made to perfection. The Location and scenery are unquestionable with the ocean background (can't beat that!) and is the Best Mexican Food hands down for miles. Indescribably amazing marinated shrimp. I had the chicken tacos with shrimp added to it, and craved shrimp for the next two months.

I came back with high expectations and got what the guy at the counter recommended: shrimp quesadilla, but not just shrimp and cheese; it had avocado and sauce and tomato and onion and was absolutely great.

The portion sizes are very good, and they allow you to get your own beer and sit there (there's a liquor store at a 2 min walk from the place).

It's worth coming here for the food if you're anywhere within 45 mins...
