First, let me say I have been eating at Arby's for over 45 years. The food at the location is by far the worst I have ever tasted at an Arby's. I ordered on line and had to pick up through the drive thru, because the lobby was closed. I was the only customer there. When I pulled up to the window I was told they were waiting on my curly fries and I asked if I could please get some ketchup with the order. I waited 10 minutes for my order. Upon receiving it i asked if there was ketchup int the bag and got a nod. When I pulled over to the parking lot to eat first of all, I was appalled by what the sandwich looked like. The roast beef was sliced so thick there were only 4 slices on the double roast beef I ordered. I couldn't even chew it, it felt like I was chewing on a peice of rubber and there was absolutely no taste to it. I decided I would just eat the fries but low and behold when i looked in the bag there was no ketchup. When I realized I hadn't gotten it, I pulled back through the drive through and explained that I just needed the ketchup that I had asked for. I had to wait another 5 minutes to get the ketchup and I didn't get a hello, I'm sorry, have a good night nothing. The employee opened the window handed it to me and I said thank you have a good evening and he shut the window. Needless to say my curly fries that I had to wait 10 minutes for to cook were cold. I threw the rest of the sandwich and fries in the trash. That's the last time I will eat at this location. Between the food and the rudeness of the employee I would give this location 0...
Read moreI’ve been there a few times and honestly absolutely terrible customer service. First time I went the lady couldn’t hear me over the speaker. she got an attitude with me and then when she didnt understand what exactly I wanted. All I asked is that instead of an onion bun on the beef and cheese that I wanted a sesame seed bun. So she got an attitude again. The second time I went there I ordered my food and forgot to tell them I had a coupon at the window and handed them the coupon and the girl looked at me and said that’s gonna be … (don’t remember price) and I asked if that was with the coupon and she grabbed my card out of my hand and didn’t use the coupon. I then said you guys charged me the regular price not the coupon price. She got mad and another guy showed up and was like I didn’t hear you say you had a coupon when I took your order. I told them I forgot to tell them that. Then they called for the manager who wasn’t very pleasant to deal with either. With an attitude stating that I needed to tell them at the speaker that I have a coupon first. And said well what do you want me to do about it. I told her that I would still like my meal and to pay the coupon price. She gave me my money back. I have never in my life had so many issues with using a coupon. I have worked at Arby’s before not this one specifically. But I’ve had people come to the window stating they had a coupon and all I had to do was click a few buttons to change it. That’s it. No need to have attitudes...
Read moreI grew up on Arby’s — it was one of the few fast food places we ever went to. This local Arby’s tends to be hit or miss, but in my case, seems to be a miss more often than not. Especially when ordering through DoorDash, it’s very rare that the order is correct. I always get a French dip sandwich (it’s basically a normal roast beef sandwich but you’re paying extra for Swiss cheese and the dip). They NEVER include the dip. I called once and was told that I should have the DoorDash person ask for it. I feel bad asking them to do that though and it’s technically part of the order, so they shouldn’t have to.
They also rarely give any sauce or if they do, it’s one pack. If you have a whole French dip and an order of fries, one Arby’s Sauce isn’t really ideal.
Today’s order, in particular, was disappointing. Not only was it missing the dip and only having one Arby’s Sauce packet, the sandwich itself did not seem edible. Half of the meat on it was a yellow/orange color — maybe stale? Despite taking the discolored meat off, I felt like I might get food poisoning from the sandwich and chose not to eat it at all. Technically, I didn’t need the sauce or the dip, after all…
I really like Arby’s but I think it’s not worth ordering from this location...
